Clinical Research In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia(liver And Stomach Disharmony Type)by Chen Yuqing’s Pushing And Kneading Mainpulation

ObjectiveThrough clinical research,observation Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneading mai npulation in the treatment of FD(Liver and Stomach Disharmony Type)the clinical c urative effect and the influence of the degree of anxiety depression,for Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneading mainpulation in the treatment of FD(Liver and Stomach Dis harmony Type),provide a basis for the efficacy and safety of preliminary discussion on the mechanism of forming technology specification,provide a new thought and m ainpulation for the treatment of FD tuina mainpulations.MethodA total of 72 patients from the outpatient department of the third affiliate d hospital of Henan university of Chinese medicine,from March 2018 to Janua ry 2019 who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of FD(Liver and Stomach Disharmony Type)were randomly divided into Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kn eading mainpulation group(36 cases)and Qi Zhi Wei Tong granules grou p(36 ca ses).The Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneading mainpulation and the traditiona l Qi Zhi Wei Tong granules were selected for treatment res pectively.Before and a fter treatment,the changes in the total score of clinical sym ptoms,the total sc ore of TCM syndromes and HAMA,HAMD degree were observed in the two groups.SPSS integrated statistical module was used for statistical analysis,and a conclusion was drawn.Results1.A total of 72 cases were included in this study,including 3 cases of sheddin g and 1 case was excluded.At last,34 cases in Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneadi ng mainpulation group and 34 cases in Qi Zhi Wei Tong granules group were treated ac cording to the designed scheme,and no adverse events occurred.2.In comparison of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of Chen Yuqing’s group was 88.41%,and that of Qi Zhi Wei Tong granules group was 70.59%,the difference was statistically sig nificant(P<0.05).Compared with the efficacy of TCM syndromes,Chen Yuqing’s was 94.12% a nd the other was 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison between the total score of clinical symptoms and the total score of TCM syndromes,Chen Yuqing’s group and Qi Zhi Wei Tong granules group were co mpared before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that for the improvement of clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes in FD(Liver and Stomach Disharmony Type)patients,Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kn eading mainpulation group was superior to Qi Zhi Wei Tong granules group.4.HAMA and HAMD,both Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneading mainpulation and Qi Zhi Wei Tong granule group after treatment in HAMA and HAMD score were r educed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),compared with groups aft er treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting for FD(Li ver and Stomach Disharmony Type)in patients with HAMA and HAMD degree of i mprovement,Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneading mainpulation group were superior to Qi Zhi Wei Tong granule groups.Conclusion1.Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneading mainpulation is safe and effective in th e treatment of FD(Liver and Stomach Disharmony Type).2.Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneading mainpulation can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients with FD(Liver and Stomach Disharmony Type),and its efficacy is significantly higher than that of the control gro up.3.Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneading mainpulation can effectively alleviate th e anxiety and depression symptoms of FD(Liver and Stomach Disharmony Type)pati ents,and is better than the Qi Zhi Wei Tong granules group.4.Chen Yuqing’s Pushing and Kneading mainpulation in the treatment of FD(Li ver and Stomach Disharmony Type)is rapid,easy to operate,replicable by doctors a nd easily accepted by patients,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and app lication.
