Xingqi Zhuyu Decoction Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Clinical Research

Objective:Observation of Xingqi Zhuyu Decoction treatment of primary dysmenorrhea qi stagnation and blood stasis type of clinical efficacy,and systematic evaluation of its clinical application to provide a scientific basis.Method:Collected from July 2007 to October 2008 period at a subsidiary of Hubei Province,Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chinese medicine hospital outpatients,diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea qi stagnation and blood stasis type of patients,for a total of 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group 32 cases,28 cases of the control group. the treatment group were given Xingqi Zhuyu Decoction treatment: livedPuhuang15g,Xiangfu15g,Danshen15g,Zelan12g,Xuanhu15g, Chuanlianzi6g,Baishao15g,Jiuxiangchong12g,Fuling8g,addition and subtraction according to symptoms,one day one prescription, Cooked decoction twice and draind the solution about 300ml,took it twice for the morning and evening.One week before the beginning of menstruation by medication,the first day to stop menstruation, three months after taking consecutive cycles.Control group:given diclofenac suppositoryⅡin menstrual onset first 1～2 d has when the symptom to start by rectal administration,once daily,each one,Including takes 3～5 d or to thesymptom alleviation.Dysmen-orrhea symptom score based on standards,grading standards for the severity of dysmenorrhea and TCM individual symptom score standard score.Dysmenorrhea pain observation level and duration of menstrual periods,by volume,color and other clinical symptoms,tongue, pulse changes,and patients with blood,urine routine,liver function,kidney function tests,such as security testing,the data measurement data using t test,χ~2 test the use of count data, using Ridit Level Data Analysis.Results:1 The total effect of two groups of patients compared to treatment group qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea markedly clinical total effective rate:90.63%; control group:85.71%;by the level of testing,the clinical efficacy of the two groups compared with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Note the treatment group the total clinical efficacy is superior to the control group.2Two points in patients with dysmenorrhea before and after treatment compared to one cycle of treatment after the score between the two groups by t test,the treatment of points between the two groups no significant difference(P＞0.05);the treatment of two cycles between the two groups by t test score,points between the two groups of treatment were significantly different(P＜0.05); the treatment of three cycles between the two groups by t test score between the two groups of treatment points have very significant difference(P＜0.01).Description With the increase in treatment cycles,the efficacy of the treatment group significantly better than the control group.3 Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups of comparison,the treatment group-type primary dysmenorrhea qi stagnation and blood stasis markedly clinical total effective rate:90.63%;control group:46.43%;by the level of testing,two groups of Chinese medicine symptom efficacy compared with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.01).Note the treatment group in improving the symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea Chinese medicine is better than the control group.4 After two group of pharmacological treatments,the Chinese medicine single item symptom,besides the abdominal pain symptom, the other cardinal symptoms two groups of comparisons,the difference has the significance significance(P＜0.05).Note the treatment group in improving individual symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea is better than the control group.5 The results show that the relevant factors,Course of illness more severe and longer in patients with worse treatment,but also illustrates the importance of early treatment.6 Follow-up the situation:The end of treatment,the situation (after three menstrual cycle) and the follow-up of the situation (after the six menstrual cycle),the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05),while the control group, differences in the two periods was significant(P＜0.05),treatment group that long-term effect of the treatment group than the control group.7 Security Analysis:All patients before and after treatment in blood routine,urine routine,GPT,BUN,Cr:check no abnormal changes and had no significant adverse reactions.
