Therapeutic Tonga Subtraction Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Qi Stagnancy And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Clinical Research

Objective: To observe the therapeutic of tonga subtraction treatment of primary dysmenorrhea (primary dysmenorrhea, PD) clinical curative effect, and comparing with Dan I fu kang decoction paste, to observe the treatment of patients with dysmenorrhea and TCM symptoms after improvement, the therapeutic tonga subtraction treatment of primary dysmenorrhea qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome objective evaluation, and to provide theoretical evidence for the research of TCM syndrome differentiation only party.Methods:Selection into the standard of60patients, divided into two groups according to random number table method, the treatment group (Dan I fu kang decoction paste),30cases in the control group (therapeutic tonga subtraction),30cases observed before treatment, stop drug treatment for3months and3months of dysmenorrhea in treatment group and control group patients improve the level and the change of TCM symptoms, finally carries on the statistical processing and analysis.Results:1. A total of60patients with selected two groups, age, course, the degree of dysmenorrhea, before treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome integral, the main symptoms were no obvious difference (P>0.05); Results3months after treatment, the degree of dysmenorrhea score decreased in both groups, the treatment group decreased more significantly, but between groups was no significant statistical difference (P>0.05); Withdrawal after3months, there was no significant difference compared between groups (P>0.05);2. The total curative effect comparison:dysmenorrhea degree3months after treatment, improve the degree of dysmenorrhea in treatment group total effective rate was90.0%, control group total effective rate was86.67%, two groups compare differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05); Withdrawal after3months, improve the degree of dysmenorrhea in treatment group total effective rate was86.67%, control group total effective rate was83.33%, two groups compare differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05);3. TCM syndrome integral comparison:the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral than before treatment were very significant differences (P<0.01), between groups was no significant difference (P>0.05);3months after drug withdrawal is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), a comparison before the treatment are very significant difference (P<0.01); Discontinuation after3months and3months after treatment, the treatment group had no significant difference (P>0.05), the control group there was no significant difference (P>0.05);4. On the comparative effectiveness of syndromes:3months after treatment the treatment group total effective rate was90.0%, control group total effectiveness90.0%, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Withdrawal after3months, the treatment group total effective rate was86.67%, control group total effectiveness83.33%, there was no significant difference is compared between two groups (P>0.05);5. The main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups (premenstrual or menstruation alvine bilge painful, less volume, color dark, blood stasis block, breast tenderness, chest discomfort) to improve the situation is: the main symptoms of TCM is similar between the two groups after treatment there was no significant (P>0.05), was to compare the differences are significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:Therapeutic tonga subtraction treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and Dan qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome I fu kang decoction treatment cream, can obviously improve the clinical curative effect and TCM symptoms curative effect, stop drug treatment for3months and3months of TCM symptom score significantly improved, can obviously alleviate the major clinical symptom of primary dysmenorrhea (premenstrual or menstruation alvine bilge painful, less volume, color dark, blood stasis block, breast tenderness, waist ache, chest discomfort).To sum up, using therapeutic tonga subtraction treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is not only the recent clinical curative effect is distinct, curative effect is stable and stopped taking the drug, side effects, patients are easy to accept, shows the superiority of TCM dialectical treatment of the disease, has certain clinical value.
