Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Accompanied By Anxiety And Depression With Xuefu Zhuyu Capsul

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and to evaluate the effec t of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on the total clinical efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale score,TCM syndrome accumulation score,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scal e score of patients with primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Materials and methods: 68 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of PD with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group took Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on an empty stomach 2 weeks before menstruation,2 times / day,6 capsules / time,for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles;The control group took a placebo equivalent to Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in appearance,smell and taste,and the use method was the same as that of the experi mental group.VAS scores,TCM syndrome scores,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups be fore and after drug use were recorded and analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,menstrual cycle,course of disease,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,SAS and SDS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Total clinical efficacy: the total clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control g roup were 100% and 29.41% respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the cont rol group(P<0.05).3.VAS score: the VAS score of the experimental group after treatment was significantly low er than that before treatment,and the comparison within the group was statistically significan t(P<0.05);Although the VAS score of the control group decreased after treatment,there wa s no statistical significance in the intra group comparison(P = 0.081>0.05).The therapeuti c effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: the TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was signi ficantly lower than that before(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the curative effe ct of the experimental group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.SAS score: the SAS score of the two groups decreased in varying degrees after treatmen t,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);but the reduction level of SAS score in the exp erimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.SDS score: after treatment,the SDS scores of the two groups decreased in varying degree s.The comparison within the experimental group was P<0.05,which was statistically signifi cant;The comparison within the control group was P = 0.077>0.05,which was not statistical ly significant.Compared with the control group.The effect of group A was more obvious,an d the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule can reduce menstrual abdominal pain and related accompanying sy mptoms in patients with primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.2.Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule can relieve patients’ bad mood,depression and anxiety during menst ruation.3.Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule can reduce the dosage of ancient prescription in equal proportion,w hich is convenient to carry,and there are no obvious side effects and adverse reactions during application.
