Observe The Clinical Effections Of Baijiezi Pill Treat Asthma By Stick To Acupuncture Points In Hot Summer Days And Study Its Action On IL-13, IFN-γ In Asthma

Objective:1.It was observed that the clinicial therapeutic effectiveness of Fei-Qi deficiency or Shen-Qi deficiency in patients of asthma treated by stick Baijiezi Pill to acupuncture points in hot summer days.2.It was observed that the IL-13,IFN -γ′s difference in patient serum before and after treatment,and compared with control group.Its perhaps mechanism of asthma's treatment in the molecular biology level was probed.Method:The 60 cases of Fei-Qi deficiency and Shen-Qi deficiency who were selected from slight or moderate continuous asthma were randomly divided into two groups.There were 30 cases in treatment group,treated with BaiJieZi pill Stick to Acupuncture Points in Hot Summer Days +ShuLiDie;There were 30 cases in control group,treated with ShuLiDie.There are 30 healthy man in healthy control group.The change of clinical symptom,breaking out times acutely and lung function was observed before and after treatment.It was test that the concentration of IL-13,INF-γbefore and after treatment in all groups by enzyme unite immunity absorb assay.Result:1.The clinical symptoms of all asthma patients were improved to some extent,and the days of no symptoms of treatment group were more than control group(P＜0.05).The times of break out acutely and employing WanTuoLin is less than control group(P＜0.05).2.FEVl%pre,PEF%best is improved after treating and all groups have significant different between before curing and after curing(p＜0.01);and there is a obviously improve in treating groups,the statistical analysis have prominent difference(P＜0.01) 3.The ranging of the serum concentration of IL-13 and IFN-γin treatment is heavier than control group.There are significant differences(P＜0.01).The concentration of IFN-γ,IL- 13 in Fei-Qi deficiency group is at the largest ranging among the total,and there is a difference compared with other groups(P＜0.05);Genera-lly,the serum concentration of IFN-γ/IL- 13 ratio of asthma patient is lower than the healthy group before curing,and it was increased after curing,but it is still less than the healthy group.There are differences(P＜0.05)4.It was showed that the best of lung function PEF%and FEV1%pre of asthma patient have no correlation to the serum concentration of IL-13,and have correlate to the serum concentration of IFN-γ.Conclusion:1.After treated by Stick to Acupuncture Points in Hot Summer Days,two type asthma patient's clinical symptom and lung function are improved,which illustrate the therapia is effective to asthma and it is more prominent to the Fei-Qi deficiency.2.In molecular biology level,BaiJieZi pill can make IL-13's albumen level reduce and IFN-γ′s albumen level rises,thus the IFN-γ/IL-13 ratio was increased and tended to health level.The mechanism may be the regulating immune function by stick to Acupuncture Points using BaiJieZi pill in Hot Summer Days,thereby improved the immunity of asthma patient and reduced the times of breaking out acutely.3.The best of lung function PEF%and FEV1%pre of asthma patient have no correlation to the serum concentration of IL-13,and have correlate to the serum concentration of IFN-γ.
