Winter Disease Governance Summer Acupuncture Points On The Bronchus Clinical Observation Of Alleviating Drug Use And Pulmonary Function MVV In Asthma Attack

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the treatment of bronchial asthma by observing pulmonary function MVV and the use of bronchial asthma relief drugs in the winter disease summer governance acupoint stick therapy of patients with bronchial asthma,to provide a clinical basis for further improving the treatment of bronchial asthma with acupoint application.Methods: This experiment using a central randomized method,110 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,55 cases in the experimental group and 55 cases in the control group.Drug plasters(No.1 and No.2)were prepared by Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.During the summer of 2015,2016 and 2017,the summer and early summer,the last three days of the middle and last days(usually on the first day)are applied(if the median is 20 days,an interval of 10 days can be affixed to 1).In 2015,all patients in the control group acupoints(Feishu control point,Xinshu control point,Geshu control point)posted on the 2nd party.In 2016 and 2017,the patients in the test group were applied with No.1 part on the acupoints(Xinshu,Feishu and Geshu)of the experimental group,and the control group was treated with acupuncture points(Feishu control point,control point of Xinshu,Apply on the 2nd party.The changes of pulmonary function MVV before and after treatment and the numberof patients using bronchial asthma to relieve the drug were recorded.Results: 1.Pulmonary function(maximum ventilatory volume per minute MVV):(1)In-group comparison:There was no significant difference between the experimental group in 2016 and 2015,2017 and 2015(P> 0.05).There was a significant difference between the control group in 2016 and 2015(P <0.01)and no significant difference between 2017 and 2015(P> 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference between the two groups in 2015,2016 and 2017(P> 0.05),however,the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2.Relieving drugs: Compared with the first year of application(2015-2016),the number of patients using β-adrenoceptor agonists,theophyllines,inhaled β2 agonists + glucocorticoids,and anti-inflammatory mediators in the experimental group in second year of application(2016-2017)were significantly less than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: Winter disease summer governance acupoint stick therapy can effectively reduce the use of relieving drugs when the bronchial asthma attacks,and from the pulmonary function MVV changes show that the experimental group has a better effect than the control group,suggesting that the role may be related to improving lung function in patients.
