Higher vocational technical college is a kind of high-level schoolwhich has developed these years. Generally speaking, the studying abilityand habit of students there are poorer. It's meaningful to improve thestudents' ability and level for the goal of fostering high- quality talents.And also it's related to the development of higher vocational education.The paper aims to analyze the studying situation of vocational collegestudents and tries to make a research by applying the objective teachingmode of master-study theory, changing traditional teaching idea andmethod, optimizing teaching procedure, in order to enhance the students'interests, improve comprehensive abilities and improve the teachingquality.The research objects are the students of Class 0502 and Class 0503who are five-year senior nursing majors, totaling 108. All of them aregirls. Class 0502 is the experimental object, 0503 is the contrast.Research material is the course of medical chemistry written by QiXuliang. The research focuses on the influence of the objective teachingmethod on teaching effect and comprehensive study quality of students.We make a research on Master-Study Theory and the method ofobjective teaching under the guidance of it. The result shows us theadaptability and effectiveness of this teaching mode. The experimentalClass 0502 has improved greatly, with average score 83.24, the highest99, the lowest 66, which shows a big difference between these twoclasses. Most of them get high scores, and there is just small differenceamong them. It can be clearly seen from the experiment that the teachingeffect and the students' comprehensive quality have been greatly improved.Through analyzing the experiment, we can draw a conclusion:a. The objective teaching mode can give an effective instruction tostudents, inspire their interests, and improve their scores greatly.b. The objective teaching mode of Master- Study Theory can helpstudents learn how to learn, and improve the students' comprehensivequality.
