Clinical Research Of Curing 1-2 Grade 2 Type Diabetes Feet By Using TCM & Western Medicine Combination Method

Objective: To offer innovative theory and provide clinical effective treated methods by combining TCM and Western medicine.Methods: To separate the 40 patients to 2 groups stochastically. The fundamental treatment of both groups includes eating, exercising, heart adjusting, insulin injecting and taking sugar decreasing medicine orally. Normal treatment: Qishe enzyme 0.75 unit, plus 0.9% physiological brine 250ml intravenous drip, qd; Mi Kebao 0.5mg tid taked orally; using "swallow method" to change external medicine partly. Group A (observation group), 20 patients is the group that used TCM and Western medicine combination method and treated. The method is to use fundamental treatment, plus normal treatment, plus traditional Chinese medicine, plus diabetes feet changed external medicine partly by using "swallow method". Group B, 20 patients, used fundamental treatment, plus normal treatment, plus diabetes feet changed external medicine partly by using "swallow method". The blood sugar was tested every week while the patients' stomachs were empty and 2 hours after the meal. To observe the colorful Doppler change of artery blood vessel of the patients' lower limbs, the transmission speed of the patients' lower limbs nerve and the movement of the rate of the ankle artery to humerus artery, etc, before the treatment and after the treatment.Results: After 8 weeks' treatment, the effective rate of observation group and control group are 95% and 80%, respectively. The difference of the effective rate of observation group and control group is significant (p＜0.01). The colorful Doppler of the patients' lower limbs, the transmission speed of the patients' lower limbs nerve, the rate of the ankle artery to humerus artery, the patients' lower limbs blood dynamics are all improved obviously. After the treatment, the difference between two groups is significant(p＜0.01 and p＜0.05). There was no bad reaction before the treatment and after the treatment two groups.Conclusion: TCM and Western medicine combination methods by supplementing qi and nourishing Yin that used to cure 1-2 grade 2 type diabetes feet not only can improve the clinic symptom but can improve the the colorful Doppler of the patients' lower limbs, the transmission speed of the patients' lower limbs nerve, the rate of the ankle artery to humerus artery and the patients' lower limbs blood dynamics. The curative effect of observation group is better than the control group.
