The Study Of Mechamism On Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection Treated With YiQiHuoXueFang

Objective: On the basis of the nechanisms that underlies Children's Recurrent Respiratory TractInfection,to explore the analgesia of YiQiHuoXueFang;At the same time to observe its clinical effect of Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection,providingstrong theoretical and practical basis for the widely administration of YiQiHuoXueFang.Methods:Two parts has been included (one) Experimental study: Determine the immunoen effect and pulmonary microcirculation and mesenteric microcirculation of the mice by YiQiHuoXueFang; At the same time carry out the external antivirus and antibiotic experiment.clinical study :100 children were randomly divided into 2 groups: Treatment group (70 treated by using YiQiHuoXueFang) Control group (30 treated by taking YuPingFeng granule). Observing the patient's syndrome and the result of laboratory examination after treatment, and compared with control group. Result: experimental study show: YiQiHuoXueFang has significant immunoenhancement function , which is prior to the effect of YuPingFeng granule, it can improve the pulmonary and mesenteric microcirculation, it also has antivirus function and antibiotic function.clinical study show: The total effective rate of the treatment group is 91.4%,which is prior to the control group of 73.3%.It also shows that YiQiHuoXueFang can alleviate symptoms and physical signs of the patients effectively.Conclusion: YiQiHuoXueFang has great effect in curing Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection.Tt can enhance the immune system and improve the pulmonary microcirculation and mesenteric microcirculation,it also has antivirus function and antibiotic function.
