Clinical medicine has selected the lyophilized material to dissolve bacteria in the treatment of adults with persistent respiratory tract infection,and has achieved certain clinical effect.The purpose of this study is to discuss the clinical efficacy of bacterial lysates in the treatment of multiple respiratory tract infections in adults,and to provide reference for clinical medicine.After entering the body,bacterial lysates can induce cellular and humoral immune responses by activating or stimulating the function of immune active cells,so as to improve the body’s immunity,achieve the purpose of collaborative treatment and prevention of infection,and help to effectively control the recurrence of adult patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection.This study is to study the application of bacterial lysate(trade name: Fanfushu,abbreviation om85-BV)in the treatment of adult recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods: 300 cases of adult patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control experimental group,150 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with basic anti infective drugs,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with oral bacterial lysate(om85-BV)on the basis of basic anti infective drugs.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,including the recovery time of body temperature,the remission time of cough and expectoration,the disappearance time of pulmonary rales and the frequency of attack;The levels of human immunoglobulin G(Ig G),human immunoglobulin A(Ig A),human immunoglobulin M(IgM)and human immunoglobulin E(Ig E),and the levels of WBC and CRP in venous blood were measured before and after treatment.In addition,from 26 cases of Klebsiella pneumoniae infection,18 cases treated with Fanfushu were selected as the treatment group,and 8 cases without Fanfushu were selected as the control group.Among the 30 cases of Streptococcus pneumoniae infection,20 cases treated with Fanfushu were selected as the treatment group,and 10 cases treated without Fanfushu were selected as the control group.Patients in the treatment group were given oral bacterial lysate(PFS)on the basis of basic anti infection treatment.The total clinical efficacy,temperature recovery time,cough relief time,disappearance time of pulmonary rales and frequency of occurrence were compared between the two groups;The levels of serum immunoglobulin G(Ig G),immunoglobulin A(Ig A),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin E(Ig E)were measured before and after treatment.Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.67%,which was higher than 71.30% of the control group(P<0.05).The temperature recovery time,disease reduction time and lung rales disappearance time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,and the infection attack frequency of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of serum protein Ig G,Ig A,IgM and Ig E between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the serum protein Ig G level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The serum protein Ig A,IgM and Ig E levels of the two groups were relatively different after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);After treatment,the levels of WBC and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,which was higher than 62.50% of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 60.00% of the control group.The recovery time of body temperature,cough relief time and disappearance time of pulmonary rales in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the occurrence times were less than those in the control group(P< 0.05).After treatment,the serum Ig G level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum Ig A,IgM and Ig E levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);Conclusion: the application of bacterial lysate(trade name: Fanfushu,abbreviation om85-bv)is continuously beneficial to the improvement of multiple respiratory tract infections in adults.The enhancement of human immunity in patients with respiratory tract infection can improve the clinical manifestations and reduce the attack frequency.
