| Objective: Objective to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of TD combined with RRTI through the clinical observation of qiangzhi prescription in the treatment of children with tic disorder combined with recurrent respiratory tract infection(deficiency of kidney and deficiency of lung and kidney). Methods: 66 children were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with qiangzhi prescription, and the control group was treated with tiopride hydrochloride tablets combined with oral lyophilized powder of splenic Aminopeptide. The changes of tic disorder, recurrent respiratory tract infection and corresponding TCM syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender composition, age distribution, past history and average course of tic disorder between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,YGTSS scores of the two groups were decreased(P< 0.05),incidence times and average course of respiratory tract infection were decreased(P < 0.01);the total effective rate of tic disorder in the treatment group was 81.82%,which was 34.38% in the control group(P < 0.01);the total effective rate of recurrent respiratory tract infection in the treatment group was 93.94%,which was87.50% in the control group(P < 0.05);the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 90.91% 88% in the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.The safety of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the curative effect of qiangzhi formula in the treatment of tic disorder complicated with recurrent respiratory tract infection is better than tiopride hydrochloride tablets combined with oral lyophilized powder of splenic Aminopeptide, which can reduce tic symptoms, improve children’s constitution, reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infection and the course of respiratory tract infection. |
