The Pilot Study Of Consultive Knowledge Base About Clinlcal Diseases And Drugs

The competition of information counseling vocation has been so drastic in this information economic times. The library which is an important social information resource base and a yielder for basic national information establishment and resource, must provide continual modern information service which could adapt the social evolution in order to obtain survival and development.The information construction of literature is a long-term gigantic project. The repository of periodical literature resource designed by China Hospital Knowledge Database(CHKD) has become head of national literature vocation from digital to knowledgement. But repository of books and other types of literature has been drop behind. Our task is just to design an repository of medical books literature supported by modern knowledge digging techniche.We have studied and discussed interrelated issues starting from conception of knowledge base, such as conception, composing, application of knowledge warehouse, knowledge management and knowledge base. We summarized developing actuality and applying foreground of knowledge base inland and overseas. We have discussed trend of exploitation of literature on the internet, variety of requirement of consumer and organizing of resourse building, such as effective form of resourse, collection, desctibing, organizing and conformity of resource, knowledge management of digital resource, criterion and atandard of resource building, resultful safeguard of property right and long-term conservation. WE have studied strategy to design the clinical consultive system about diseases and drugs, for example, construction of standardization, information technology, information content, information safety and some questions existing in the procession of designing data base. In the part of implement, we attached importance to the steps and measures of building data dictionaries by compareing related criterion.
