Research On The Adoption Of Self-service Medical Service Information System From The Perspective Of Performance

With the development of information technology,enterprises and organizations are developing the upsurge of information system construction.The construction of information system plays an important role in the development of enterprise and organization information strategy.In the medical and health industry,hospitals face huge numbers of patients and massive medical information every day,often overcrowding.At the same time,the patient's treatment process is complicated,the procedure is tedious,the medical resources of the hospital can not be fully utilized.The patients often need to queue up in the process of registration,medical treatment,medicine and payment in the process of medical treatment,which has been puzzling the medical and health industry.The behavior of patients using the self-help medical service information system is also affected by many factors.In order to explore such problems,this study explores the adoption mechanism of the self-service medical information system.In this study,through consulting the relevant literature on the adoption behavior of the information system and the research of the indication of the information system,this research explores the characteristics of the information system in the medical and health industry,summarizes the relevant achievements of the previous scholars' adoption of the information system,according to the Wixom&Todd(2005)model and the expectant confirmation theory proposed by the previous scholars,in this study,we put forward the theoretical model for the adoption of the self-service medical information system,and put forward the appropriate research hypothesis on the relationship between the variables of the model.Then the questionnaire is designed,and then the questionnaire is produced and the data is investigated.At the same time,the shadow of the model is built.The reliability and validity analysis,factor loading analysis and path analysis test were used to analyze the relationship between factors and hypothesis.In this study,146 questionnaires were collected,including 133 valid questionnaires.The results show that the function affordance has a positive effect on the information quality of the self-service medical service information system,but has no significant influence on the system quality of the self-service medical service information system system;the information quality and quality of the self-service medical information system have a positive effect on the user's perceived usefulness.The users' perceived usefulness has a positive impact on user satisfaction,and user satisfaction and perceived usefulness have a positive impact on the willingness to continue to use the self-service medical information system.
