Objective:The study attempted to investigate psychosocial factors, quality of life ,Immunity dysfunction and its correlative factors of Rheumatoid arthritis patients so as to provide scientific evidence for increasing mental health level,quality of lifeMethods: 72 patients with Rheumatoid arthritis and 50 normal controls were involved in the study. The data of two groups have no significant difference by banlance test. All the subjects themselves completed the following questionnaires: general condition questionnaire, SCL-90, SSRS, SF-36, DSQ .38 patients with RA and 38 normal control were matched with age and sex were involved in the study. The data of two group have no significant difference by balance test. All the subjective themselves completed the following questionnaires: measured blood T lymphocyte cell, immune globulinResults:(1) The total scores of SCL-90,the factors scores of somatization, obsessivition, sensitivity with association, depression, anxiety, hostility, consternation, psychiatry and other in RA were significantly higher than those in the normal subjects. The score was associated with disease course and arthritis malformation. (2) The scores of immature defense style and interim defense style were significantly higher than the normal subjects. The score was associated with sex, occupation, educational level. (3) Utilization of social support in RA patients was lower than the normal controls. And it was associated with sex, occupation. (4) The total scores of SCL-90 in RA patients have significantly negtive relationship with utilization of social support, but have significantly positive relationship with F1( immature defense style ),F3(interim defense style) and syndrome.
