Purpose To investigate the current situation of psychological resilience, coping style, social support and quality of life of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy, and analyze the relationship between them,so as to explore the influence of psychological resilience on quality of life, and provide theoretical basis for improving the psychological resilience level of patients and formulating psychological intervention measures in the future, thus improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 380 breast cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria and received chemotherapy in the breast department of Ningbo Grade 3 and First-class Hospital from December 2018 to January 2020.General data questionnaire,Connor-Davidsion Resilience Scale,Medical Coping Models Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast were used to carry out questionnaire survey on patients.SPSS 22.0 software was used to carry out statistical analysis on all the data.Average±standard deviation, frequency and percentage were used to describe the general data, psychological resilience, coping style, social support and quality of life of patients.Independent sample T test and one-way ANOVA were used to carry out one-way analysis on patients’ psychological resilience and quality of life.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between psychological resilience, coping style, social support and quality of life.Multivariate regression analysis and intermediary effect test were used to analyze the influencing factors on the quality of life of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Results1.The psychological resilience score of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy is(58.49±15.68),which is on the low side. The optimistic dimension score is(8.81±3.35),the strength dimension score is(19.42±6.04),and the tenacity dimension score is(30.26±8.20).Age,educational level, marital status, fertility, and surgical methods had statistical differences on psychological resilience, optimism, tenacity, and strength scores of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy(P<0.05).2.In coping style, the score of face dimension is(20.89±4.19),avoidance dimension score is(16.06±4.38)and yield dimension score is(7.38±1.99).3.The score of patients’ social support level is(39.37±6.07),which is in the middle level.Subjective support score is the highest, which is(23.54±5.06);The support utilization is the second, with a score of(7.38±1.78)and the objective support score is the lowest, with a score of(8.45±2.03).4.The quality of life score of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy is(80.73±13.04),with a moderate level. The five dimensional levels from high to low are:physiological status(17.64±5.26),social status(17.12±4.64),emotional status(13.03±3.55),functional status(14.6±4.81)and additional attention(18.35±6.51).Occupation,operation method and chemotherapy course have statistical differences on the quality of life of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy(P<0.05),while fertility has an impact on their additional attention(P<0.05).5.Pearson correlation analysis shows that the psychological resilience of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy is positively correlated with their quality of life(r=0.427,P<0.01).Confrontation coping and avoidance coping are positively correlated with psychological resilience(r = 0.233,P<0.01;r=0.133,P<0.01);Face coping is positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.206,P<0.01).Social support is positively correlated with psychological resilience(r=0.249,P<0.01);Social support is positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.427,P<0.01).6.Multivariate linear regression analysis shows that psychological resilience’s optimism and tenacity explained 18.6%of the total variation in patients’ quality of life(F=29.833,P<0.001)with other factors unchanged.Through the analysis of intermediary effect, coping and social support account for 6.2%and 19.9%of the total effect of psychological resilience on quality of life respectively.Conclusion1.The psychological resilience level of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy is low and needs to be further improved.Age,educational level, marital status, fertility and surgical methods are the influencing factors of psychological resilience.2.Young breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy patients tend to adopt face-to-face and avoidance coping styles.3.The social support level of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy is moderate, and the objective support level is the lowest.4.The quality of life of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy is moderate. The quality of life of patients with different occupations, operation methods and chemotherapy courses is different.5.Psychological resilience, coping style, social support and quality of life of young breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy have significant correlation, and psychological resilience can have a direct impact on the quality of life, and can also affect the quality of life through coping style and social support. Therefore, nursing staff should help patients adopt positive coping styles, improve the level of social support, enhance their psychological
