Objective: To explore the status quo and influencing factors of stigma, coping style, social support and quality of life in patients with lung cancer, and to study the relationship and action path between variables,so as to provide reference for clinical nurses to promote the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients with lung cancer. Methods: Questionnaire survey was used in this study. The general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Cataldo Lung Cancer Stigma Scale(CLCSS),the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),the Social Support Sale(SSRS)and the Functional Assessment of Cancer TherapyGeneral were used.Del,FACT-L,a questionnaire survey was conducted among lung cancer patients who visited Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi Medical University from March to December 2017 by convenience sampling method. The influencing factors of each variable were analyzed by single factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis. The correlation of each variable was analyzed by correlation analysis.Structural equation model was constructed to explore lung cancer patients. The influence of patients' stigma, coping style and social support on the quality of life of lung cancer patients and the influencing path among variables were analyzed. Results: The total score of stigma of lung cancer patients was(71.09 ±14.97).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of stigma of lung cancer patients were education level, personal monthly income, reimbursement method, merger of other chronic diseases, psychological counseling and smoking. In the coping styles of lung cancer patients, there were significant differences between the coping styles of lung cancer patients and the norms of the general patients in China(P < 0.05).The coping styles of lung cancer patients were(18.55± 5.87),avoidance(15.77 ± 5.29)and yield(12.17± 3.25);The results of correlation analysis showed that the score of coping style was negatively correlated with the score of stigma, while the score of avoidance and surrender dimension was positively correlated with the score of stigma. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that: education level, occupational status and stigma were the main predictors of coping style scores;age, occupational status and stigma were the main predictors of the score of surrender coping style. The main predictors of avoidance coping style scores were education level, personal monthly income, course of disease and smoking history. The total score of social support of lung cancer patients was(38.61 ±11.58),which was lower than the norm of general patients in China(P < 0.05).The total score of social support and the scores of various dimensions were negatively correlated with stigma.Marriage status, occupational status, personal monthly income and stigma were the main predictors of social support score. The score of quality of life of lung cancer patients was(83.76±21.87).The total score and the score of each dimension were negatively correlated with stigma.Payment and stigma were the main predictors of quality of life score.Structural equation model shows that the stigma, coping style and social support of lung cancer patients directly affect the quality of life.Coping style and social support play a mediating role in the influence of stigma on the quality of life. Conclusion: 1.Pulmonary cancer patients generally suffer from different degrees of stigma. The main influencing factors are education level, personal monthly income, medical payment, chronic diseases, psychological counseling, smoking and so on.2.Lung cancer patients are more inclined to adopt "yielding" and "avoiding" coping styles in the face of disease.3.The social support of lung cancer patients is in the middle level and needs to be improved.4.The quality of life of lung cancer patients is at a moderate level, and the main influencing factors are the way of reimbursement of medical expenses and the sense of shame.5.Pulmonary cancer patients' stigma, coping style and social support can directly affect the quality of life;stigma can indirectly affect the quality of life through coping style and social support.6.Coping style and social support as mediating variables can moderate the relationship between stigma and quality of life.
