Objective:The investigation is to find out the trainees'role expectation of clinical nursing faculty and to understand the limitation of role recognition , role competence and teaching behaviors of nursing clinical teacher . the result would be gained from the survey which is about teaching embarrassment of teachers , Based on the above result, the management strategy could be provided .Method:The subjects investigated include 60 Clinical nursing faculties who worked in three teaching hospital and 208 nursing trainees coming from junior college and university who practiced from 8/2004/ to 5/2005 in the three teaching hospital.As to investigation instruments, one is modified nursing faculty role inventory based on Chen Xiao Ming's clinical nursing faculty role inventory, another is Nursing Clinical Teaching Effectiveness Inventory (NCTEI), and the questionnaire about teaching embarrassment designed by ourselves be adopted.The analytical implements consisted of X2,anova and t-test analysis using SPSS11.0 statistical software is used to process the statistics.Content:To investigate the teachers and the students about the role cognition , the...
