Objective: To establish a rat model of abnormal savda syndrome and to investigate the relationship of abnormal savda syndrome and immune system. Methods: Feed male ICR rats with cold- food diet under cool dry environment, stimulate with electric foot shocks to establish abnormal savda syndrome animal model in Uighur medicine. Observe animal's behavior change, weight,anal-temperature, daily food intake ,daily water intake ,daily weight of urine and stool and check indicators related to immune system.Result: Compared to control group ,the model group has developed abnormal savda syndrome like anxious, restlessness and liable to be angry, aggressive, frequent arousals, slow responses, slow weight gaining (p<0.001), more diet (p<0.001), more drink (p<0.001), more urine (p<0.01) and more stool (p<0.001). The model group of abnormal savda showed immunological disorder, includes lower phagocytic activity and had some negative effect on T and B Lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA and Lps (p<0.001).The percentage of CD4~+, the ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+ in peripheral blood and in spleen decreased significantly compared with the control group (p<0.001). The percentage of CD8~+ in thymus increased significantly (p<0.001), while the percentage of CD4~+ decreased (p<0.05) and the ratio of CD4~+/CD8~+ decreased significantly (p<0.001).In addition, The liver index are distinctly increased (p<0.05) while spleen index and thymus index obviously decreased(p<0.05). Conclusion: Co-effect of multi factors can establish animal model of abnormal savda syndrome successfully in Uyghur medicine. It showed immunological...
