Effects Of Bushen Guchong Tiaojing Serial Recipes On The Endometrium Angiogenesis Of Patients With Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of Bushen Guchong Tiaojing Serial Recipes (abbreviate: BGT) on the patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB). We observed the change of endometrium angiogenesis factors and receptors, and then studied the correlation of angiogenin and DUB. We also discussed the effects of BGT on endometrium angiogenin and its regulating action on genesic hormone, which would offer theoretical foundation to treat anovulatory DUB by Chinese crude drugMethods: Forty-eight cases of patients who fitted the diagnostic standard, included standard, excluded standard and traditional Chinese medicine standard in differentiation of symptoms and signs of anovulatory DUB were named pretherapy group (pre-T) coming from gynecology and obstetrics hospital of Shijiazhuang during Augest, 2004 to October, 2005.
