The Clinical Study Of Yiqi Guchong Huayu Method In Treating Hemorrhagic Period Of Perimenopausal Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Qi Deficiency And Blood Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Guchong Huayu method in treating hemorrhagic period of perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with qi deficiency and blood stagnation syndrome,and to explore its hemostasis and menstrual cycle adjusting mechanism. Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases of the treatment group using shenqi guchongzhixue fang ang shenqi guchong tiaojing fang while 30 cases of the control group using Zhikang Capsule(ZKC) and Buzhongyiqi Granule.To observe the changes hemostatic effect and menstrual cycle adjusting effect, the improvements of clinical symptoms, the thickness of endometrium, and the change of hemoglobin(Hb). Results:The hemoistatic effect of treament group is 90%,and 56.67% in control group,there is significant difference between them(P<0.01);the single and total symptoms score of the clinical symptoms are difference between them (P<0.05);Significant difference was shown in decreasing the thickness of endometrium and improving Hb,when compared with before treatment (P<0.01), the difference is also significant compared with control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate in adjusting menstrual cycle of treament group is 93.33%,and 73.33% in control group, there is significant difference between them(P<0.01). Conclusion:Yi-Qi-Gu-Chong-Hua-Yu method has favourable hemoistatic and menstrual cycle adjusting effects in treating hemorrhagic period of perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with qi deficiency and Blood stagnatio syndrome,and it also can improve the accompanied clinical symptoms significantly.
