Aim: This paper uncover the existing problems and common reasons of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and research the effect of BPR in the Quality Control of Signal Sickness by analyzing the present business process. The aim of the paper is intend to provide some specific methods for the hospital administrator to cany on quality control of single sickness. Method: Firstly, sampling 30 anainnesis on cholecy stitis, chdelithiasis, and myoma of uterus operation of a National grade a hospital in the year 2000, then checking 9 steps from the patients inand out the hospitaland studying the changes of dates the patients to be in charge, the fees the patients spentand the curative effect in every steps beforeandafter BPR. and finally a statistical analysis was carving out. Result: (1 )The average dates the patients staved in the hospital have shortened. Greatly after I3PR, It decreas from 14.22 days to 12.42 days and makes 1.80 days savings(P<0.00 1). The average dates the patients staved in the hospital for breast cancer, myoma of uterus and cholecvstitis cholelithiasis operation have decreased 2.3 days. 1.5 dave and 1.60 days respectively. And there exist unnecessary dates in all the three operation processes before and after operation. (2) The average fees the patients spentin the hospital after BPR have decrease 158.10 yuan, from 5096.41 yuan to 4938.31 yuan.
