There is a comparative shortage of water resources in our country. In Northwest Arid Region, along with the developing of social economy and the accelerating of citified process, scarce condition will be more stressed, has affected the development of social economy greatly. Face of this rigorous situation, looking for the rational method of using water resources or rational alloction is necessary.Referring to advanced experience from the domestic and international, combine the example of Zhang Ye, study the path and methods that the entironment quality evaluation in Northwest Arid Region of our country and water resources rational allocation, to expect the scarce resources of water can be allocated and used most rationally. Several aspects content are included in this dissertation as following:Firstly introduce the water quality and quantity evaluation method of the water resource in this district, intruduce the water resources supply and demand calculation and analytical methods. Analyse the balance of supply and demand at the foundation of calculating amount need of water and water supply.Secondly from the safety, rationality, sustainable and others put forward evaluation index system of water resources reasonable allocation. Also the paper put forwards BP arithmetic of artificial neural network to evaluate the allocation of water resources.Thirdly it does an example analysis as Zhang Ye city. It calculates water resources demand and supply, puts forward the schemes of the allocation of water resources and selects a best scheme by applying the evaluation model establishedFourthly combing the theory and the application research results, the conclusion and the questions need to be studied deeply are presented.
