The water resources to keep continuous usages is the base and core of Agricultural Sustainable Development. Water resources is sensitive factor in the Arid and Semi-arid Regions, and an important restrict factor of the development of society and economy. The agriculture irrigation accounts were the relatively higher among various industries, so, wether continuous usages of agricultural water is key for sustainable development of water resources, for the more, affect the sustainable development of the whole society. Qiemo County irrigation area locate in the Arid Regions, through the Several years' operation, has played an active role in the developmentof local economy. But at the same time, it also has some problems emerged such as behindhand management, shortage of water supply and water resources waste and so on. So, study on allocation optimization of water resoure in Qiemo County irrigation area has the vital significance in enhancing utilization efficiency of water resourcesand guarantee irrigation district social economy sustainable development.This paper accords to characteristics and applying conditions, forecast demand supply and demand, study on allocation optimization of water resoure, the main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)By means study on demonstrates of home and abroad for allocation optimization of water resoure, result shows that the random factors and environment water should be fully taken into consideration.(2)Analysis on water utilization structure and exploitation status, have been calculated the water diverting and underground water extraction quantity in each levels years, forcast the quantity of water requirement of each department and determined water quantity of shortage and residual in each levels years.(3)According to the characteristic of water supplement in Qiemo County, the situation of using water unit as well as the nature of water used department, in view of the question of shorting agricultural water seasonally in Qiemo County, we has established the disposition model of agricultural water resources, and carries on the solution with the dynamic programming successive approximation method, finally get distribution water volume of staple crop in the irrigation area and the corresponding irrigation system.(4)The result of allocation optimization in agriculture water resoure shows, under seasonal hydropenic situation, according to growing stage of crops water requirement, adjustment plant area and irrigation system of crops properly, it can depress the confliction Agricultural water resoure shortage and make a better profits.
