Beautiful city environment without greening trees flowers and plants, but greening facilities brings beauty of environment, physical and mental pleasure and comfortable at the same time, also has the problem of maintenance. Especially in the autumn, the leaves of trees falling everywhere, not only influenced the urban environment, but also brought the traffic inconvenience.Now, manual cleaning is generally used to clean up fallen leaves. This not only incre ases labor intensity of sanitation workers who are busy cleaning up, but also raises risks of traffic ac cidents.This design is intended to realize mechanism during the process of cleaning up fallen leaves. Using the wind disk as adsorption equipment and is able to clean those places which are now relativ ely difficult to be cleaned such as places under trees.. Therefore, this topic for the development of the design can not only improve the labor intensity of the sanitation workers, improve the efficiency of cleaning fallen leaves, but also has good popularization and application value for urban road maintenance.Firstly, this topic on the basis of analysis cleaning machinery at home and abroad, makes the ba sic structure of leaf vacuum system clear and point out the key technologies that required to acquire during the process of leaf vacuum development. This paper, combining the successful experience ov erseas with the practical requirements domestic, puts forward a general scheme and technical param eters of leaf vacuums and functions leaf vacuums should attain.Secondly, the design of the basic machine is according to the structure of the environmentally f riendly composite leaf vacuum. The Running speed of the leaf vacuum and the size of volute wind d isk are obtained through calculation, thus determining the structure of the car body of the environme ntally friendly composite leaf vacuum. Then the running system, leaf absorption system, driving sys tem and braking system are designed. Because of the existence of straight blades and S composite bl ades, and the consideration of noise and blast capacity, comparisons are conducted through numeric al simulation analysis. At the same time, certain improvements of the outside structure of the leaf va cuum are also made to enhance its composite character..Thirdly, as for the noise part when it is working.in order to be environmentally friendly, need analysis of noise reduction. On account of cost and availability are these methods al so analyzed through numerical simulation analysis which aims at the improvement of the pipeline.The availability of these methods is to be compared and provides theoretical foundation for further improvement.Finally, experiments and analysis of the model machine are conducted which mainly includes t ests and analysis of running system, leaf absorption system, vibration system and noise reduction sy stem. The statistics are also compared with those of the German model machine introduced in order to providing basis for further study.
