Research And Design On Structure Of The Leaf Vacuum Intergated With Crushing

With the rapid development of the society,the mileage of highways in China has also increased dramatically,and people have become more and more concerned about environmental greening on the highway.After the central green highway and the green plant of the slope are trimmed by the hedge trimmer,a large number of branches and leaves will be scattered on the road or on the slopes.If it is not cleaned up in time,the road will be full of branches,which will bring safety hazards to the traffic of the vehicle;especially On the highway,the vehicle travels fast,and it is easy to cause a car accident,endangering people's personal and property safety.Therefore,it is necessary to design a high-efficiency,safe and low-cost branch and leaf crusher.This paper is based on the advanced technology at home and abroad,and designs and studies the whole structure of the crusher.First of all,this paper introduces the working object of the crushing machine.According to the functional design principle,the four functions to be realized by the crushing machine were obtained.According to the functional analysis method,the overall scheme design of the crushing machine was completed,and the fan of the leaf vacuum intergated with crushing was carried out.Secondly,the key structure design of the leaf vacuum intergated with crushing was completed,the functions of each systemof the leaf vacuum intergated with crushing were realized.And each component were designed in three dimensions in the solidworks software.Then,the components were assembled.Finally,the flow field of the machine was simulated,and the fan without the blade and the fan with the blade were added to the ICEM mesh,the boundary conditions and the model were solved,and the CFD was processed later.In the CFD-Post software,the pressure cloud map,flow trace,velocity cloud map,etc.of the two models were drawn,and then the crushing effect of the machine that installs the blade were analyzed,and whether the mounting blade affects the structure of the fan itself.This paper provides a reference theory for the design and research of the leaf vacuum intergated with crushing for the research and design of similar environmental mechanical equipment.
