In the context of the government,enterprises and society paying more attention to the recycling and green transportation of the highway construction industry,this project proposed the concept of environmentally-friendly road asphalt recycling plant as early as 6 years ago to improve the traditional plant mixed heat recycling asphalt mixing plant.The production quality of the mixture is unstable,the RAP material recycling rate is low,and environmental pollution is also a problem.According to the technical project "Key Technology of Green Environmentally Friendly Asphalt Pavement Recycling Factory" and the requirements of actual engineering,this paper mainly studies the quality control of recycled mixture.Firstly,the aging properties of old asphalt,the old asphalt content,the old aggregate gradation and the physical properties of the old aggregates were analyzed by centrifugal extraction,screening and other tests.The variability of RAP materials was analyzed and RAP was proposed.The necessity of material pretreatment.The variability of the RAP material is controlled by the method of pretreatment and the synthesis of the reference material.The synthesis of the reference material is based on the gray correlation analysis method,and the addition ratio of each grade of the RAP material is determined.Then,the heat-recycled asphalt mixture is designed for the mixture ratio.The amount of regenerant is determined by the RTFOT cycle test,and the gradation synthesis design of the mineral material is carried out to determine the amount of each raw material of the regenerated test piece.The Marshall test piece is produced to test and determine the most Good oil stone ratio.Through indoor tests,the performance of recycled mix materials(high temperature stability,water stability,low temperature crack resistance)using and without reference materials was analyzed,and the performance of recycled materials of RAP materials under different blending ratios was analyzed.Happening.The test results show that the recycled asphalt mixture using the reference material can better meet the road performance,and the recycled mixture under the high blending ratio of RAP material needs to strictly control the design and production process.The three-dimensional stress variation of recycled asphalt pavement under non-uniform moving loads is analyzed by 3D-Move Analysis.The simulation results show that the stress of recycled asphalt pavement is different under different dosage.Finally,the regenerative plant operating fleet is analyzed to control the production quality of the reclaimed asphalt mixture through static configuration and dynamic configuration.Conduct an analysis of environmental issues in the recycling plant and propose measures to control noise,dust,and fumes.
