Energy and environmental issues are major social problems facing the world today,and China is in the period of accelerated urbanization,energy consumption is huge,the task of energy conservation and emission reduction is very arduous.Building is a large energy-consuming household,accounting for about 30% to 40% of the total energy consumption of the whole society.Building energy conservation is an important way to solve the energy problem.For a long time,due to the influence of historical,economic and social factors,China's rural basic living service facilities are lacking,residential design and construction technology is backward,the energy-saving level of rural buildings is far behind the existing level of the city,resulting in serious waste of energy,has become a constraint on the level of energy-saving residential buildings in China.The bottleneck of ascension.The proposal of green energy-saving residential system of spraying environmental protection wall with raw bamboo keel composite structure makes it possible to popularize and apply "building energy-saving" in rural areas.This paper focuses on the project of Shanxi Province Science and Technology Coordinated Innovation Project "Spraying environmental protection wall-raw bamboo keel composite structure green residential system research and promotion demonstration"(project number: 2016KTZDSF04-02-02,to carry out the research on thermal performance of raw bamboo keel composite structure wall.In view of the residential characteristics and demands of villages and towns in cold regions of China,anew type of green energy-saving and environmental protection wall,i.e.spraying environmental protection wall with bamboo keel composite structure,has been developed in this paper.The heat transfer characteristics of the wall have been studied through theoretical analysis and experimental test,and the suitable wall for rural housing in cold regions has been put forward.The structural system of the original bamboo keel composite structure.Firstly,according to the existing structure technology of raw bamboo,this paper puts forward the construction method of composite structure of raw bamboo and keel housing,and establishes a green energy-saving residential system suitable for villages and towns in cold regions.Secondly,the advantages and disadvantages of different insulation forms such as external wall self-insulation,external insulation,internal insulation,sandwich insulation are compared.According to the principles of heat transfer and building energy-saving standards,the raw bamboo structure,insulation materials,gypsum-based mortar mixture,steel wire mesh,crack-resistant mortar and other basic components are used as the basic materials,through reasonable construction technology and The production process,design and manufacture of 6 kinds of different insulation materials filled with different thickness of raw bamboo keel composite structure spraying environmental protection wall specimen.Thirdly,the heat transfer coefficients of the six walls are measured by the laboratory hot box method,and compared with the existing building energy-saving standards in cold and cold regions in China,to demonstrate whether the new type of energy-saving insulation wall meets the requirements of building energy conservation,and to obtain the optimal thickness of insulation materials in the wall described in this paper,and can be based on.Different thermal zones have different thickness of insulation layer for the requirement of energy saving standard of enclosure structure.Finally,the theoretical design value and experimental test value of heat transfer coefficient of spraying environmental protection wall of raw bamboo keel composite structure are compared and analyzed,and the factors affecting the thermal performance of the wall are found out,and the improvement measures are put forward,which will provide some guidance for the design and construction of raw bamboo keel composite wall.Raw bamboo keel composite structure spraying environmental protection wall is a new type of green energy-saving wall,with the advantages of light weight,good thermal insulation performance,energy saving,reducing construction waste and other advantages,to carry out the research of Raw bamboo keel composite structure wall residential system is an important measure to promote the realization of "national energy conservation" in rural areas of China.It can provide a new research direction for energy saving design of rural buildings in cold regions of China.
