The Research Of The Model Of High-tech Enterprises' Profit Facing The Open Innovation

Since 1990s, the times'development had brought new challenges to innovation model. Open innovation has become the hotspot of innovation theory. Although the research of open innovation has been made more results, it mainly focuses on expounding the general theory of open innovation. Morever, it has less research on open innovation's systematic implementation, especially research on though the design of profitability model to implement open innovation. profit pattern has become the hotspot of the recent researching field, and the research of it is in the developing phase.Open innovation and the design of profit patterns based on open innovation are researched in this paper which bases on the research object --- the high-tech enterprises, and study the open innovation and the design of profit pattern based on open innovation systenmicly. This paper's mainly contents are as the following: Firstly, Based on the system theory, the open innovation was analyzed systemicly, the system object,environment,input,output and the system structure were analyzed ,and the conception model of the open innovation system was established in this paper; The open demand degree of the high-tech enterprise'open innovation was analyzed from enterprise's interior and the external factor and the classification of open innovation was carried on. The platform integration thought of open innovation was proposed, and the process of open innovation was established based on absorption ,conformity and tractility.Secondly, the profit patterns was analyzed and confirmed which has not reached the consensus to the theorists, the profit patterns was compared with its related concept: model and business model, and the relation between profit patterns and business model ,profit patterns and stratagem were explained.Thirdly, through the use of document analysis, extract constituent elements of profit patterns including core strategy, organizational basis, the value of transfer and product and market, and what's more establish logic relations of the four parts; on the basis of this ,build the process to achieve profit,which shows more clearly profit process and profit patterns and business model differences compared with previous studies; explain the relations between the elements of profit patterns and open innovation.Fourthly, based on the process to achieve profit and the relations between profit patterns and open innovation, set up model designed of profit patterns in the face of open innovation.Fifthly, several types of profitable models based on open innovation were discussed detaily ,which included strategic alliances, technical cooperation, transfer of intellectual property rights, mergers and acquisitions.The profit-distribution optimization model of strategic alliances based on the mathematical programming method and the analysis model of merger and acquisition'decision based on game theory were established.Sixthly, several methods of this paper were applied in Beijng Nokisens SAC CO. the classification of open innovation in Beijng Nokisens SAC CO. was analyzed, and the profit model based on open innovation was designed.At last, this paper sums up the research work and prospects further research.
