The Study On The Profit Model Of Chinese Private High-tech Enterprises

In recent years, China, with innovative impulse and professional skills of private enterprises have mushroomed in birth so that the whole socio-economic dynamic. The scale of development of private high-tech enterprises greatly affect the conversion of high-tech achievements, the international experience shows that scientific and technological achievements into private high-tech enterprises are promoters of one of the main sources of technological innovation. As an independent producer of high-tech goods, it plays an increasingly important role in the process of technological innovation and high-tech industries of the whole society. Its development has not only increased the country's revenue, provide employment opportunities, create social wealth, but also greatly accelerate the strategic readjustment of the industrial structure and the reform of state-owned enterprises, it becomes into a vibrant new points of fostering high-tech industries and development of economic growth.However, the most profit models of the private high-tech enterprises status for concerning, and it becomes a common problem and the greatest constraint on further development. It is not conducive to the management and profitability of the high-tech industry in the international competition. Therefore, to find out the status of profit model of Chinese private high-tech enterprises, to discover the problems, to analyze the causes, and, eventually, raise a train of thought about profit model design, there is a very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided into six chapters, including the theory of private high-tech enterprises' profit models, empirical analysis, problems found and ideas designing. In the foreword, introduce the background of the subjects of this study, the purpose of researching, structure and a number of innovations points. Second, the theory of private high-tech enterprises are defined and reviewed. Review of the relevant literature and theory on the basis of defining the definition of private high-tech enterprises. And from the nature of an enterprise and economic growth in industrial and discussed the role of the private high-tech enterprises. This paper gives a clear pattern of profit definition, competition in the market that is evolving enterprise's unique business structure and the corresponding profitable business structure. Then, the main profit status and profitability model of the private high-tech enterprises. Through statistical data describing the status of China's private high-tech enterprises profitable performance for enterprise losses exacerbate profit decline in the level of enterprises, such as reduced profitability of enterprises. Next, it analyzes the problems and causes of them existing in the profit model of the private high-tech enterprises in China. And a case-by-case analysis, leading to profitable enterprise model to explore the causes and problems. Then it proposes the design ideas about the profit model of the private high-tech enterprises in China. The design ideas of private high-tech enterprises' profit model include creating a characteristic model, building a harmonious model and lay the foundation for sustained profitability in three aspects. It provides a scientific and feasible suggestion for the managers of Chinese private high-tech enterprises to improve management and competitiveness. Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusions of the study and points out the limitations and flaws of this paper, and makes follow-up study prospects for the future.This paper will help Chinese private high-tech enterprises to play a greater role in the national economy, and make greater contributions for Chinese technological innovation and advance.
