Research On Improvement Of Profit Model Of Shede Spirits

Profit model is the basis of value creation for enterprises,and the advantages and disadvantages of profit model have crucial importance for the sustainable development of enterprises.At present,the competition in liquor industry is fierce,well-known brands are numerous and serious homogeneity in profit model these brands are.Meanwhile,due to social pressure such as traffic accidents and policy environment such as anti-corruption,consumption demand of liquor industry is uncertain.Therefore,the research on the optimization and improvement of the profit model has certain practical significance for liquor enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and achieve benchmarking.This paper takes the profit model of Shede Spirits as the case research object,using the research methods of literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis comprehensively,aiming at the five basic elements of profit model,and based on the benchmarking analysis of financial situation and profit model,puts forward that the defects in the profit model of Shede Spirits such as unreasonable profit point setting,solidified profit object limitation and the form of making profits is narrow,high cost of implementing profit measures and weak profit barrier.Based on the problems existing in the profit model,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies of profit model,such as deepening the value chain,expanding the profit point,reshaping the product layout,expanding the profit object,constructing the value network,enriching the profit source,innovating the value circle,optimizing the profit lever,strengthening the product research and development,and establishing the profit barrier.The last but not the least,based on the improvement of the internal and external ecological environment,from the two perspectives of the system guarantee of the government and the resource guarantee of the enterprise itself,the paper puts forward the implementation guarantee in the improvement of the profit model of Shede Spirits.
