| Acute Leukemia is a clone malignancy disease of hematopoietic system stem cell.The most effective therapy of the disease is combined chemotherapy and transplantation of bone marrow. Clinically combined chemotherapy is the most commonly used effective therapy. Chemotherapy often causes severe toxic and side effect, so long period of application of it will lead to the injury of multiple system of the body and threat the survival of the patients. The advantage of treatment based on syndrome differentiation-and little, toxic and .side effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine should be taken in the treatment of the disease. The mechanism of attenuation and synergistic effect of Qing Du potion, Yang Zheng Pian was discussed in the paper from literature, clinic and experiments three aspects.Literature studyIn Traditional Chinese Medical literature, the symptoms of "Re Lao" , " Ji Lao" , " Blood troubles" , "Noxious dampness" , "Mass in the abdomen" are similar to the leukemia. "Re Lao" . recorded in the book' "Pu Ji Fang" had. symptoms of fever, bOne ache, sweat, inflammation of oral cavity, emaciation, just like the symptoms of acute leukemia, the fever of" Re Lao" and "toxic heat inbreak marrow" is the same as the character of tumor fever.Based on correct, diagnosis, rfiost of the TCM scholars treat the disease with chemo therapy combined with treatment according todifferentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM. It is usually divide: into three models, such as deficiency of both qi and yin, deficiency of both qi andblood, overabundance of heat poison. In our hospital, we divide the acute leukemia into different periods such as chemotherapy period, intermission period of chemotherapy, acute period, clinical remission period, every period has different methods of treatment. The methods of Differentiation of symptoms and signs, differefitiation, of disease, treatment according to different periods, which organically combined the essential traditional Chinese medical treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs with the treatment according to different period of modem medicine, is a further step to the treatment of acute leukemia. Methodof clearing away pathogenic heat and toxic materials, as AiLing No 1, has a significant effect on curing M3-leukemia. TCM has a very important research value because of its good theory and enough practice for the treatment on acute leukemia.Clinical studyObjectiveBy clinical observation, this study tried to explorethe mechanism of thecurative effects of QingDu tablet and YangZheng tablet treating Acute Leukemia, so as to approach the clinic practical security. Methods26 patients were randomly distributed into two groups: the first group was QingDu potion and YangZheng tablet group, which group used medicine according to the different periods; the second group was chemotherapy group, which group adopted just chemotherapy. One group had 17 cases. The potion was used in the period of chemotherapy of the first group, A course of treatment was four weeks. Th four weeks later we observe the hemanalysis, urinalysis hepar and renal function of the patatients.Conclusion1)the result of this study and many reports demonstrated that the treatment method of Combination of TCM and western medicine had a better curative effect than the method of only chemotherapy of western medicines to the AL patients.2)Analysis Based on the bio-medical curative effect and the grades of life quality indicated that the method of QingDu tablet and YangZheng tablet combined with chemotherapy had a better curative effect than the method of only chemotherapy of western medicines to AL patients.3) the method of treating with QingDu tablet in the peroid of chemotherapy and YangZheng tablet in the effect but also could significantly decrease the toxicity, besides it also could enhance the life quality of AL patients. So we should study further and extend its application.Experimental studyObjective: to observe the influence of cellproliferation dynamics of QingDu tablet and YangZheng tablet acting on the erythroleukemia tumor strain K562 so as to investigate the mechanism of attenuation and synergistic effect of QingDu tablet and YangZheng tablet.Methods:By using serumal pharmacology method, we observed the cellroliferation dynamics of QingDu tablet and YangZheng tablet acting on the erythroleukemia tumor strain K562 in different dosage at different peorid, so as to explore their effect mechanism of attenuation and synergistic effect.ResultThe four groups:the low dose of QingDu tablet, the high dose of YangZheng tablet, the low dose of QingDu tablet and YangZheng tablet, the high dose of QingDu tablet and YangZheng tablet, all synergistic effect to K562 in different peorid. P<0. 05. But 48h and 72h has no visible difference., P>0. 05. The high dose of QingDu tablet attenuation and synergistic effect chalk peak in 48h. The high dose of YangZheng tablet has attenuation and synergistic effect to K562 in different period.ConclusionThe empirical study to prove the influence of cellproliferation dynamics of QingDu tablet and YangZheng tablet acting on the erythroleukemia tumor strain...
