Clinical Study On Seven-line Method Of Neck Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness

ObjectiveThis topic mainly studies the effects of the seven-line neck method on the pure to-ne audiometry,accompanying symptoms,and psychological anxiety in patients with sud den deafness.At the same time,it analyzes the therapeutic effects and advantages of th e seven-line neck method,and explores the mechanism of the seven-line neck method in the treatment of sudden deafness.In so doing,it contributes to the theory of acupunctur e treatment of sudden deafness,and thus enables possible future clinical promotion.MethodsAn experimental group(seven-line neck method combined with western medicine grou-p)and a control group(only western medicine group)were set up for this study.Thirty-si x patients with sudden deafness who met the entry criteria were randomly divided into these t wo groups,with 18 in each.The control group followed the 2015 Sudden Deafness Diagnosi s and Treatment Guidelines and received different western medicine treatment plans accordin g to the different types of sudden deafness.The general basic treatment principle is glucocorti coids combined with improvement of microcirculation therapy,and 12 days is a course of treatment.If the patient meets the criteria for recovery,the treatment can be stopped ea rly.Built on the treatment received by the control group,the experimental group was further g iven the seven-line acupuncture treatment.Namely the first line:the midline behind the nape(namely the Governor Vessel),taking Dazhui and Fengfu points;the second and third lines:both sides of the neck Jiaji line(0.5 inch apart from the midline behind the nape),selec t the 3rd and 4th neck Jiaji points;the fourth and fifth lines:the uplift line of the bilateral trape zius muscle nape(approximately the sun’s bladder meridian at the line of the nape),you ca n choose the intersection of the midpoint of the line connecting Fengchi and the blood suppl y point with the uplift of the trapezius muscle and 1.5 inches below it;the sixth and seventh li nes:The descending vertical line of Fengchi acupoint on both sides(The Path of Foot Shaoy ang Gallbladder Meridian),select Fengchi and blood supply points.Do acupuncture every 2 d ays,3 times a week,12 days as a course of treatment.The variations in the pure tone a udiometry before and after treatment and the clinical effectiveness,together with the variation s in the pre-and-post treatment accompanying symptoms and psychological anxiety state score s were compared between the two groups.Results1.After a course of treatment,dB value of hearing loss in two groups decreased,P<0.05,with a significant difference;On the clinical total effective rate,the seven-line neck method combined with western medicine group was significantly higher than the western medicine group alone.However,due to the small sample,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,which could be further confirmed by a large sample study.2.The post-treatment scores of accompanying symptoms in the two groups were consid erably lower than those before treatment,P<0.05,with a significant difference;after a course of treatment,the experimental group reported lower scores of accompanying symptoms than the control group,P<0.05,with a significant difference between the two groups.It shows that the neck seven-line method has obvious advantages in improving tinnitus,ear fullness,dizziness and other accompanying symptoms.3.The post-treatment scores of psychological anxiety status in the two groups were considerably lower than those before treatment,P<0.05,with a significant difference;after a course of treatment,the anxiety scale score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,with a significant difference between the two groups,which shows that the neck seven-line method can improve the patient’s psychological anxiety state has obvious advantages.ConclusionSeven-line neck therapy works effectively on sudden deafness.First,it has a significant effect in improving hearing.Second,in terms of accompanying symptoms,it also plays a role in relieving symptoms such as tinnitus,ear fullness,and dizziness.Finally,in terms of mental state,it can promote the recovery of mental state and relieve negative emotions such as anxiety.The neck seven-thread method is easy to operate and easy to promote.
