PurposeThe aim of this paper is investigating systemically how to use acupuncture therapy of activiting brain and regaining consciousness" to treat post stroke depression:1. To explore post stroke depression's pathogenic factors, pathogenesis, treating principle and therapeutic methods.2. To demonstrate the feasibility of using "activiting brain and regaining consciousness" acupuncture theory to treat post stroke depression.3. To analyze the mutuality factor of post stroke depression.4. To evaluate curative effect on using acupuncture therapy of "activiting brain and regaining consciousness" to treat post stroke depression, and research the causation.Method1. On the basis of TCM theory, combined with modern western medicine knowledge, the paper probed systemically the disease of post stroke depression.2. To discuss my tutor academician ShiXueMing's dissertation about "brain and spirit", sum up past research production of "activiting brain and regaining consciousness" acupuncture theory, probe into the theory basic of using "activiting brain and regaining consciousness" acupuncture theory to treat post stroke depression.3. To analyze the mutuality factor of post stroke depression, such as incidence, age, position of brain damage, neurological function deficit scale etc.4. Team take western medicine as contraditinguish,and take symptom ,SDL-90 SAS HRSD measure tables as criterion to scale the healing effect.5. To probe treatment mechanism of post stroke depression from the change of mutuality factor of post stroke depression and monoamine neurotransmitter lever in patients' blood.Result1.
