Study On Distribution Route Optimization Of Yiming Fresh Milk Chain Company

With the rapid economic growth,people have higher requirements for their material living standards and Quality,and the demand for milk is increasing day by day.However,milk has a short shelf life and is prone to spoilage.Once spoilage occurs,it will not only bring bad experience to consumers,but also affect the corporate image of the whole company.Therefore,in order to achieve healthy development of milk enterprises,in addition to Quality control in milk production link,distribution link also needs to be focused on control.A reasonable logistics distribution scheme,on the one hand,can reduce the cost of distribution logistics for enterprises,for enterprises to obtain greater profits;On the one hand,it can improve distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.Through literature research,this paper analyzes the distribution route of cold chain vehicles and determines the starting point of the article.Through field investigation of Yiming Fresh milk chain Company,the distribution route of distribution center and 30 franchised stores is selected as the research object,and the distribution route and the data of each store are integrated and analyzed.It is concluded that Yiming fresh milk chain company has many problems,such as miscellaneous route planning,low completion time window and poor loading efficiency.These problems have partly led to the increase in distribution costs of Yiming Fresh Milk chain.Therefore,in order to reduce the total distribution cost of Yiming Fresh Milk chain Company,this paper does the following empirical research.First of all,when constructing the model for Yiming Fresh Milk chain company,fixed cost,transportation cost,refrigeration cost,penalty cost,freight damage cost and increased elimination cost for epidemic prevention and control were taken into account,and the lowest comprehensive cost was taken as the solution goal.Then,the basic ant colony algorithm is elaborated,and it is pointed out that the algorithm has two major shortcomings,such as too long search time and easy to fall into the local optimal solution,and the transfer probability and pheromone volatilization coefficient are improved.Finally,the improved ant colony algorithm is used to optimize the path.By comparing the data of total distribution distance,total distribution cost and load rate of the ant colony algorithm before and after the improvement,it is concluded that the improved ant colony algorithm can simplify the distribution route of the cold chain transportation of Yiming Fresh Milk chain Company,reduce its comprehensive cost and improve its load rate.Yiming Fresh Milk chain Company has a number of stores in the country.According to the distribution total cost calculation after the optimization of the improved ant colony algorithm,Yiming Fresh milk chain company can reduce hundreds of thousands of yuan in cold chain distribution every year.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the cold chain distribution of Yiming Fresh milk chain company,and analyzes the shortcomings of the article,so as to provide some reference for the further development of Yiming fresh milk chain company.Figure [10] Table [15] Reference [74]...
