Resource leveling optimization in construction network planning is one of approaches to solve contradiction of resource supplication and requirement,and is also important management content of project construction.In project management,some measures are important to advance integrative benefit of project construction,such as analyzing restricted resource by the numbers and making resource distributed optimized etc.In this paper,aiming at different resource dimensions bring on immoderate scale, conception of resource entropy is defined and model of resource leveling optimization of project management is founded on the basis of conception and trait of entropy.At the same time,aiming at the shortage of conventional algorithm,the model is analyzed and designed concretely by using improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.Set of start time after optimization and relevant target function of resource's wastage are given by illustration.Through comparing with results given by using other algorithms,result and speed of using improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve resource leveling problem has obvious effect,and dependability and validity of the result could be validated.
