Research On The Quality Control Strategy Of Logistics Service Supply Chain Based On Evolutionary Game

The development of the economy has intensified competition among enterprises and gradually turned into competition between supply chains.The same goes for the logistics industry,in order to improve market competitiveness,various enterprises have joined the logistics service supply chain.Among them,logistics service quality is the key factor for logistics service supply chain to gain competitive advantages,and the quality control of logistics service supply chain is very important,which can ensure the quality level of logistics service,so as to improve the profits and overall competitiveness of enterprises in the logistics service supply chain.To achieve effective quality control of logistics service supply chain,all participants need to actively cooperate in all links.However,the cooperative relationship between these participants is affected by many factors,which is not static and will have an impact on the quality control behavior.Based on this,in this paper,according to the different depth of cooperation between a logistics service provider and a integrator,it is divided into non-cooperative and cooperative relationships,and using evolutionary game theory,to explore the evolution law of quality control strategy of LSSC system under the two cooperative relationships,as well as the factors influencing the choice of quality control strategy and its evolution path.The results show that: The benefits and costs of quality control are important factors to determine strategy choice of both sides.Under the non-cooperative relationship,the probability of logistics service providers and integrators to achieve stable quality control strategy is positively correlated with additional revenue and cooperation revenue,and negatively correlated with quality control cost and spillover revenue.Under the cooperative relationship,the cooperation cost,additional revenue,spillover revenue,fine,excess return and its distribution coefficient are the key factors that affect the strategy selection of logistics service providers and integrators.Among them,the extra income,excess income and penalty have positive incentive effect on the choice of cooperation strategy,while the cooperation cost and spillover income have negative incentive effect,and there is an optimal excess income distribution coefficient which can promote the cooperation between the two sides to the greatest extent.This paper uses MATLAB numerical simulation to confirm the correctness of the above conclusions and puts forward seven countermeasures and suggestions according to the conclusions.In order to better promote the cooperation of enterprises in the LSSC and formulate the optimal quality control strategy in different situations.
