Continuously absorbing members is a necessary condition for maintaining the prosperity of the innovation ecosystem. With the help of the process of attracting new members, the system can continuously break through its own development limitations. In the dynamic innovation cooperation system structure, all parties make strategic adjustments based on their own interests and other parties’ choices.Whenever a new member enters the system, the costs, resources, and benefits of stakeholders will be replanned and allocated, and all parties will therefore face many uncertain risks and management challenges. From the perspective of the ecological integration and development of the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry, how to manage the knowledge generated by heterogeneous enterprises in the process of innovation and cooperation, and balance the contradiction between the individual needs of service products and the cost of replication and promotion are the keys to realizing ecological cooperation;from the perspective of logistics industry upgrading and horizontal expansion, restrictive factors such as the overlapping of ecological positions among logistics service providers and the ecological dependence of heterogeneous enterprises in the system seriously interfere with the willingness to cooperate. How to balance the conflict of interests of all parties and restrain restrictive factors is an urgent issue that researchers need to pay attention to.In response to this problem, this thesis uses analysis methods such as co-citation and word meaning co-occurrence in scientometrics to identify the integration path of ecosystem theory and logistics service supply chain related research fields,on this basis, combined with cases in related fields, construct a structural model of the logistics service innovation ecosystem, and explore the activity relationship structure required by heterogeneous logistics enterprises to realize the ecological value propositions under the two modes of horizontal expansion within the industry and cross-industry resource spillover.Further construct the cooperative innovation evolutionary game model under the two ecological backgrounds of the early stage and the mature stage,in which the logistics service integrator leads, the target service provider outside the ecology responds, and the service provider inside the ecology cooperates.Through the equilibrium point of each subject’s behavioral decision-making and its stability under different conditions, the path and limiting factors of ecological innovation cooperation are analyzed, and the problem of subject strategy selection and management coordination when the service innovation ecosystem attracts new members is solved. The research results show that:(1)The initial willingness levels of the three parties will significantly affect the evolution process of the system, but the sensitivity of the system to the initial willingness levels of the three parties is different.Among them, the negative impact of service provider’s initial willingness reduction on the system is greater than the integrator’s initial willingness decline, while internal service providers’ willingness to rise is significantly weaker than the other two parties.(2)The distribution coefficient of ecological benefits affects the ability of the system to bear the total cost of innovation. The share of ecological benefits passively acquired by internal service providers lacks a regulating effect, and the transfer of part of the ecological benefits by integrators as an incentive for internal service providers to collaborate can significantly increase the probability of ecological cooperation.(3)The tendency of dissonance caused by overlapping ecological positions will destroy the stability of the system. When the market share of internal members is impacted by the innovation empowerment cooperation of new members, they are more likely to choose the non-cooperative strategy as a means of defense. The defense effect cannot cover the entire loss range, and the additional market loss beyond the critical point is borne by the internal service provider alone. The above-mentioned hidden infringement mechanism may lead to the separation of internal members and aggravate the concerns of external enterprises on ecological dependence. This work is based on the current social needs of strengthening collaborative innovation capabilities and accelerating industrial innovation and upgrading in my country. The research conclusions have certain application prospects in the direction of logistics industry integration and large-scale construction.
