In recent years,the government has promoted the development of inclusive finance from the top down and provided all-round and most convenient services to people with various needs.Small and micro enterprises are an important part of our economy,but due to the small scale and weak qualification of small and micro enterprises and individual businesses,it is difficult to obtain financing support from traditional financial institutions.Through digital means,banks can better understand the operating conditions of MSEs,reduce the cost of risk assessment,so as to better provide financing support for MSEs.M Bank shall keep up with the development needs of the times,actively lay out the digital transformation of inclusive micro and small finance,gradually build digital platforms,and continuously increase investment in digital technologies.At the same time,the integration of network and network has been realized by means of mobile connection,and a series of digital financial products have been introduced.In order to further realize the positive role of the digital transformation of inclusive small and micro finance,this paper first studies the basic situation of M Bank,then analyzes the status quo and characteristics of the digital transformation of inclusive small and micro finance of M Bank,and finally summarizes the digital transformation products and application process of inclusive small and micro finance of M Bank.On this basis,it is found that Bank M has problems at three levels of platform,scenario and market in the digital transformation of inclusive micro and small finance;these problems are mainly caused by the following reasons,one of which is the internal reason: lack of innovation in bank credit business,resulting in a single business model,lack of big data application capacity and digital talent of banks and backward business management model;the other is external reason: the total asset-liability ratio and mortgage rate control in the market are relatively high,and the guarantee mode of micro and small enterprises is not comprehensive enough.Based on this,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,at the level of product,we should establish the concept of digitalization,gradually improve the design of digital product and actively explore the accuracy of data acquisition;secondly,at the level of platform,we should make full use of the integration and sharing of group resources to create digital and intelligent products and services,so as to strengthen the organizational guarantee of digital marketing transformation.On the other hand,it is suggested to actively cooperate with third-party financial institutions and strengthen channel construction;in addition,it is suggested to enhance the subjective initiative of bank innovation at the level of digital transformation scene,and make full use of big data analysis technology to gradually improve all-round customer portrait;finally,it is suggested to,at the market level,on the one hand,expand the media through the Internet,new media and other channels,and on the other hand,make full use of big data analysis technology to build intelligent credit risk prevention and control system.
