In order to accelerate economic development transformation and economic structural adjustment, the CPC Central Committee,The State Council and financial regulatory authorities have issued a number of policies, requiring financial institutions to strengthen and deepen financial services for small and micro enterprises, and vigorously practice inclusive finance. However, the credit of small and micro enterprises is a socially recognized problem, and the most difficult problem is risk management.Small and micro enterprises have many problems, such as short life cycle, weak anti-risk ability, lack of complete credit system data and standard data to judge their performance ability, lack of effective collateral and so on.It is basically impossible to achieve effective risk management by relying on traditional ways to deal with credit risks. With the rise of emerging information technologies such as the Internet, big data and fintech, commercial banks have begun to explore the use of digital technology to solve the problem of coping with small and micro enterprises’ credit risks.By collecting and studying a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on small and micro enterprises’ credit risk response, this paper compares the current development direction of small and micro enterprises’ credit of different financial institutions, and summarizes the trend of small and micro enterprises’ credit risk response to digital development.Taking the JN branch of K Bank as the research object, according to the credit development situation of small and micro enterprises of K Bank JN Branch, through the distribution of credit guarantee methods of small and micro enterprises, industry distribution,non-performing loan balance,non-performing loan ratio, risk monitoring and warning, cash flow management and other data,The JN branch of K Bank analyzes the current management status of small and micro enterprises’ credit risk response in terms of risk avoidance, risk control, risk diversification and risk transfer strategies, and puts forward some specific problems in small and micro enterprises’credit risk response management, such as limited coverage of risk avoidance, insufficient forward-looking management of risk control, too concentrated investment in risk diversification management, and single risk transfer mode.A qualitative analysis of the causes of the existing problems, including the four-color customer management of risk control strategy, combined with the field questionnaire survey results of various departments of JN Branch of K Bank on the credit risk response of small and micro enterprises,Borrower default cost, risk monitoring and early warning, borrower repayment willingness, customer access,pre-loan investigation and risk resolution are identified as significant factors affecting the four-color management of customers.Through the establishment of ISM model, the correlation and hierarchical structure of each significant factor are analyzed, and the borrower default cost is concluded as the deep root factor affecting the four-color management of customers.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of the causes of the problems in the management of small and micro enterprises’ credit risk, this paper proposes a digital improvement plan for the JN branch of K Bank’s small and micro enterprises’ credit risk response, focusing on the digital improvement from the aspects of broadening the risk avoidance field, optimizing the risk control measures, improving the risk decentralized management and enriching the risk transfer mode.At the same time, guarantee measures in terms of organizational promotion, talent team, cultural identity and data security are formulated to ensure the implementation of digital improvement plan,so as to improve the coping level of small and micro enterprises’ credit risks in JN branch and promote the steady development of small and micro enterprises’ credit in JN Branch of K Bank.
