With the increasing pressure of work and the intensification of social competition,more and more people are often exhausted.People are often exhausted,inexplicable fatigue,lack of interest in work,and lack of motivation.These phenomena are exactly the manifestation of job burnout.Individuals always pursue happiness and success,which has already reached a consensus in psychology.For basic level tax cadres,the pressure on the reform of the fiscal and taxation system are increasing,the expectations of the society for improving the service quality and efficiency of the tax authorities are constantly rising.On the one hand,the number of taxpayers increases rapidly while the growth rate of grass-roots tax cadres lags far behind the growth of the number of taxpayers.On the other hand,with the continuous standardization of the cadre subsidy system,the traditional methods such as material incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of cadres can not to be used.The images of low work enthusiasm,unwillingness to participate in work and low sense of work achievement are often treated as inadequate professional accomplishment and political consciousness,which are regarded as the weak sense of responsibility and incorrect work attitude of a few people,but we ignore the universality of job burnout in the workplace itself.Some scholars analyze the situation of civil servants job burnout in different groups,explore the process of job burnout and its influencing mechanism,and some scholars analyze the causes of job burnout in a certain group of civil servants,and explore the intervention strategies.However,there is not much empirical research on the specific appearance and degree of job burnout of Grassroots Tax Cadres.Based on the theory of human resource management and organizational behavior,this paper analyzes the psychological state of the grass-roots tax cadres in recent years,and discusses the problems of job burnout in A tax bureau.And quantitative research on the degree of job burnout of A Tax Bureau grassroots tax cadres.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation of A Tax Bureau,personnel structure and the specific performance of grass-roots tax cadre's job burnout.Through the analysis of jobburnout of grass-roots taxation cadres in A Tax Bureau,the quantitative data of job burnout of grass-roots taxation cadres in A Tax Bureau were obtained by questionnaire survey.With the help of data analysis tool SPSS17.0,statistical analysis of the survey data,combined with data analysis A tax authorities grass-roots tax cadre burnout factors,and from the personal,organizational and social three aspects to reduce the degree of job burnout intervention measures.It is hoped that the results of this study will provide a solution to the job burnout especially grass-roots tax cadres and theoretical reference.
