| In recent years,performance evaluation has become an indispensable step in the production and operation process of enterprises,and it can be used to determine whether the incentive system adopted by a company is reasonable.Effective performance evaluation can help enterprises identify problems that cannot be directly observed in daily operations and improve the shortcomings of the enterprise.It can also control production costs,thereby helping enterprises increase profits and improve company efficiency.However,the stakeholders involved in performance evaluation are not comprehensive and do not consider all important stakeholders.The performance prism model fully considers the stakeholders of the enterprise and fully understands its strategic objectives,which helps to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise.The thesis takes TL Food Company as the research object,applies the performance prism model to the performance evaluation of TL Food Company,analyzes the company’s performance from the five dimensions of the performance prism,and improves the original performance evaluation method.The thesis adopts a literature research method,referencing domestic and foreign scholars’ literature on the performance prism model,and conducts research on this basis.Introduced the relevant concepts of performance and performance evaluation,commonly used evaluation methods,and relevant theoretical foundations.Based on the current basic situation and financial situation of TL Food Company,understand the methods used for performance evaluation,identify the problems in the current performance evaluation system,and analyze the relevant reasons for these problems.The thesis uses stakeholder theory to identify important stakeholders,namely investors,consumers,partners,employees,and government.Set performance evaluation indicators suitable for TL Food Company from the five dimensions of the performance prism,and use Analytic Hierarchy Process to assign weights to each indicator in sequence.Quantitative indicators use the efficacy coefficient method,while qualitative indicators use the expert scoring method.Based on both quantitative and qualitative indicators,performance evaluation results are obtained.For the implementation of the evaluation system,institutional,organizational,and technical safeguards are proposed,which has certain reference significance for the performance evaluation of similar food companies. |
