As the scale of the enterprise gradually expands,cross regional development begins,and branch offices rapidly increase,the depth of management of the group headquarters over its subsidiary companies needs to be reflected through effective organizational control.Organizational control refers to the use of organizational design to achieve the control objectives of a group company.It takes into account the control needs of the group company and makes corresponding arrangements during the organizational design process.Organizational control is not a static process,but a dynamic process that is adjusted according to the strategic changes of the group company,and achieved by clarifying the organizational positioning of the group and its subsidiary companies and establishing their respective boundaries of power and responsibility.In recent years,the real estate market has undergone great changes due to the impact of the international economic crisis and the COVID-19.In this context,the real estate group has made timely adjustments to its development strategy based on changes in the internal and external markets,and organizational control has also been adjusted accordingly.Group B is a leading enterprise in the real estate industry and also faces significant difficulties,mainly reflected in certain constraints on the financing side,while the sales side has significantly decreased,and the company’s operating cash flow continues to be tight.The main reason why the company has developed relatively steadily in the face of the positive role played by the internal and external markets in the "guaranteed delivery building" is due to standardized internal governance and scientific and effective implementation of organizational control.At present,facing fierce competition,how to adapt to the current unfavorable development situation,combine strategies,and adjust the company’s organizational control,in order to improve the group’s management level,operational efficiency,and effectively prevent risks,is an important task that B Group Company urgently needs to solve.This article selects B Group Company as the research object to conduct in-depth research on its organizational control.Based on summarizing the organizational control situation of B Group Company in the three stages of start-up,development,and maturity,it analyzes the current problems and reasons of B Group Company’s organizational control,mainly reflected in the urgent need for adjustment of existing strategies,frequent organizational structure adjustments,unclear rights and responsibilities of headquarters and regional companies The organization is large and the internal system is not applicable.In the face of the above issues,targeted suggestions have been put forward to solve them.I hope to provide certain reference significance for other companies in the same industry to design,implement,and improve the organizational control system of B Group Company through research on its organizational control.
