On The Public Responsibility Of Government In Urban Real Estate Market In China

With the development of reformation and opening, the Chinese real estate industry has become the pillar industry in national economy. But in recent years, the price of the real estate has been soaring quickly and the house's demand-supply structure is of imbalance. In order to solve these problems, our government has made a lot of regulations and policies. But they failed to take effect. Faced with this situation, it is necessary to make the development of the real estate clear, rationalize its macro-control policy, explain its defect, analyze the importance of government control, and put forward reasonable proposals. This paper studies the concept of the Chinese real estate industry, development, classification and the status of the national economy. At last, it puts forward six suggestions in order to promote the Chinese real estate's development.
