Knowledge is the most valued resources in enterprise and knowledge sharing has become a hot topic in the academic circle. How to let the individual share knowledge to organization, is the most difficult problem which management have faced. There were a lot of relevant studies on knowledge sharing. But those findings ignored the important factor, psychological ownership, which have great influence on knowledge sharing. In this regard, it involved in two kinds of different psychological ownership in the knowledge sharing which were organization psychology ownership and knowledge psychological ownership. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of organization psychological ownership and knowledge psychological ownership on knowledge sharing of enterprises and their mechanism.At first,this paper briefly introduced the related theory and research foundation, and did a detailed review around psychological ownership and knowledge sharing. The review focused on the research status and shortcomings of psychological ownership and knowledge. Then,it showed the existing research results about the relation between psychological ownership and knowledge sharing, and pointed its shortcomings. Based on this, it put forward the research hypothesis model. Next, this paper selected and redesigned of scale questionnaire which could measure related variable. Finally, it tested the reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey and the hypothesis model in the method of the structure equation model. Based on the analysis of the empirical results, it acquired a lot of management enlightenment.Research result shows that organization psychological ownership have significant difference in age, education and characteristics of the enterprise. Knowledge psychological ownership, general knowledge sharing and key knowledge sharing have significant differences in age. Affective commitment has significant difference in education. Organization psychological ownership have significant positive influence on affective commitment, general knowledge sharing and key knowledge sharing. Affective commitment have significant positive influence on general knowledge sharing and key knowledge sharing. But, neither affective commitmen mediated organization psychological ownership and general knowledge sharing, nor mediated organization psychological ownership and key knowledge sharing. Knowledge psychological ownership have significant negative influence on general knowledge sharing and key knowledge sharing.But,compareing to general knowledge sharing, knowledge psychological ownership have stronger negative influence on key knowledge sharing.This study analyzed how psychological ownership affectting knowledge sharing from self maintain and self-improvement motivation. It opened up a new perspective for knowledge sharing study in academia. It also provided the theoretical basis and management measures to promote the knowledge sharing of enterprise employees from the perspective of psychological ownership.
