With the rise of the internet economy,the share of the service industry in the national economy is increasing.This trend will seriously impact the manufacturing industry,leading to problems such as overcapacity,high costs,and low profits.Therefore,manufacturing companies need to transform.Service-oriented Manufacturing Network(SMN)has emerged.This new network organization integrates manufacturing and service industries to achieve value co-creation.It has become the target of transformation for more and more manufacturing companies.The connection behavior of resource nodes is of great significance to serviceoriented manufacturing networks.Connection stimulates the desire for cooperation among subjects,induces collaborative development among subjects,and enables the network group to jointly form the "optimal" result,thus becoming one of the fundamental driving forces to define the scope of the symbiotic perspective,which is the range for resource nodes in the service-oriented manufacturing network to interact and collaborate.Given this,the thesis analyzes the synergistic effect of resource nodes in service-oriented manufacturing networks based on service-oriented manufacturing networks in symbiotic development.The problem of resource node decision-making in service-oriented manufacturing networks in the context of symbiosis is studied and explored.The main research results are as follows:(1)It aims at the problem of resource node decision-making in inter-organizational collaborative symbiosis.Propose a service-oriented manufacturing network evaluation method based on the symbiotic view of resource nodes.Firstly,from the local connectivity state of the network,the symbiotic horizon of the service-oriented manufacturing network and its weights are determined;secondly,defined the coefficient of synergism by the relative entropy among subgroups;finally,the evaluation information is assembled with the help of hesitant fuzzy average weighting operator to obtain the ranking of the set of evaluation objects considering symbiosis.The application of arithmetic examples illustrates the method.It also shows that the method applies to the agglomerative production scenario of community-based manufacturing resource nodes with synergistic symbiosis characteristics.(2)It aims at the optimization problem of service-oriented manufacturing networks.Propose an autonomous decision evaluation method to consider the cooperation strength between nodes and network agglomeration strength.Consider the node attributes and their preferences for collaboration between nodes of service-oriented manufacturing networks.Propose an autonomous evaluation method based on a service-oriented manufacturing network connection,and the organizational structure is optimized.Firstly,the connection weights of service-oriented manufacturing networks are given based on the classical autonomous comprehensive evaluation method;secondly,consider the value coefficients in the measurement of the modularity of service-oriented manufacturing networks;thirdly,apply the GN algorithm to solve and optimize the organizational structure of service-oriented manufacturing networks;finally,the method is illustrated and discussed through the application of arithmetic examples.The calculation results show that the method applies to the application scenario of multiple interactions of multiple subjects and the virtualized clustered production model based on cyberspace.(3)It aims at the comprehensive evaluation problem of the multi-subject service-oriented manufacturing network.We consider evaluating the service-oriented manufacturing network separately from the perspectives of manufacturing enterprises,service enterprises,and customers.And then optimize the organizational structure of the service-oriented manufacturing network.In the evaluation process,fully consider the impact of subjectoriented information on the comprehensive evaluation results.This method is practical in dealing with the comprehensive evaluation problem of the service-oriented manufacturing network under the coexistence perspective.
