The Application Of Hesitant Fuzzy Language Compromise Solution In High Performance Evaluation

Result of the American baldrige award evaluation standard,Excellent performance effect model is widely used in enterprise performance evaluation and national quality prize evaluation.It is not only a kind of management mode,but provides a kind of evaluation method.In recent years,the study of performance excellence mode focused on the relationship between excellence performance evaluation index system,and the building and application promotion of evaluation index,but very few studies focused on excellence performance evaluation methods.The existing performance evaluation methods and some study of excellence performance evaluation methods have some deficiencies.the scientific and reasonable excellent performance evaluation method is of great importance for the scientific review of government quality prize and enterprise self-correct evaluation.Therefore,this article aims to the study of excellence performance evaluation method.Based on the research of performance excellence model and excellence performance evaluation method theory and the study of hesitant fuzzy language set and compromise solution method,a new multiple attribute group decision making method-the hesitant fuzzy language compromise solution method is applied to the evaluation of enterprise performance.Fristly,put forward first,policymakers subjective weight and objective weight determination method as well as the subjective and objective weights assembly methods,using subjective and objective comprehensive empowerment method to determine the expert weight;Then,Hesitant fuzzy language inclusion degree is constructed based on fuzzy implication operator,and a new similarity measure based on hesitant fuzzy language inclusion degree is presented;Next,respect to the enterprise evaluation results under the hesitant fuzzy language environment,put forward an improved compromise solution to order the target enterprises.Finally,case analysis and comparative analysis to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
