Research On The Dynamic Coupling Between Resource Integration And Process Integration In Manufacturing Enterprises From The Perspective Of Value Co-Creation

With the implementation of digital servitization strategy,resource abuse and process mismatch have become the main factors hindering the value co-creation of manufacturing enterprises.The improper integration of enterprise resources and processes leads to the ultimate destruction of enterprise value.It is of great significance to explore the coupling relationship between resource integration and process integration of manufacturing enterprises,and further put forward the dynamic coupling strategy of avoiding value co-destruction and realizing value co-creation,which is of great significance to the current development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.This paper analyzes in detail the internal transformation mechanism between value cocreation and value co-destruction.Based on resource-based theory,process optimization theory and coupled coordination theory,this paper sorts out the collaborative interaction between resources and processes,which provides necessary theoretical support for the coupled interaction research of resource integration subsystem and process integration subsystem.This paper analyzes the current situation and trend of resource integration and process integration coordination development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2020 by using panel entropy weight method and coupled coordination degree model.Based on the analysis results of coupling coordination degree,this paper further constructed the PVAR model to explore the dynamic coupling relationship between resource integration and process integration.In addition,Granger causality test is used to verify the interaction between them,and impulse response and variance decomposition are used to reveal the dynamic coupling mechanism of resource integration and process integration in manufacturing enterprises.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical results,this paper proposes a dynamic coupling strategy for value co-creation transformation,which provides a theoretical basis for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to realize value co-creation with the help of the coupling effect of resources and processes.At the same time,this paper also provides a practical reference for manufacturing enterprises to complete the coupling and coordinated development of resource integration and process integration.
