Investigation On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Agglomeration Development Of Agriculture Processing Sector In Qionglai City

As an important form of the world’s modern integrated economic layout,industrial agglomeration development zones not only comprehensively support and lead the long-term,high-speed and sustainable economic development of many economically developed countries and regions in the world in recent years,but also gradually become an important practical way for developing countries and regions to realize the overall economic take-off strategy.For a long time,the agricultural product processing industry has been highly valued by the Party and the country.In 2019,Sichuan Province proposed to establish a "10+3" agricultural industrial system,promote the leap from a large agricultural province to a strong agricultural province,and promote the formation of industrial clusters in Sichuan’s agricultural industry according to local conditions from the aspects of production area layout,industrial chain layout,park layout,etc.As an important part of Chengdu,Chengdu has endowed Qionglai with the urban positioning of building a central city in the western region of Chengdu,accelerating the construction of industrial system in Qionglai with agricultural product processing industry as the core.As one of the local leading industries,Qionglai’s agricultural product processing industry accounted for 57% of the total output value of the city’s secondary industry in 2021 alone.The agricultural product processing industry played a vital role in the high-quality development of the city’s economy.In view of this,under the realistic background of the prominent advantages of China’s industrial agglomeration and China’s increasing efforts to promote the development of agricultural product processing industry,this study takes Qionglai City as an example,taking the development of agricultural product processing industry agglomeration in Qionglai City as the starting point,and adopts the research methods of literature analysis,survey,comparative analysis,quantitative and qualitative combination,etc.,The theoretical framework for the development of agricultural product processing industry cluster and the analysis path for the study of agricultural product processing industry cluster are constructed.The development status of agricultural product processing industry cluster in Qionglai is analyzed from the natural and social economic resources,the development history of agricultural product processing industry,the development overview of cluster,and the status quo of industrial chain,and the proportion of output value,location entropy Industry concentration measures the level of agricultural product processing industry cluster in Qionglai City,trying to find out the problems of agricultural product processing industry cluster development in Qionglai City based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural product processing industry cluster development in Qionglai City,draw lessons from the analysis of typical cases of industrial cluster development,and finally draw research conclusions and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to the above contents.Based on the above research,it is found that the development of agricultural product processing industry cluster in Qionglai City has problems such as delayed transportation infrastructure construction,poor overall layout and supporting facilities,imperfect industrial system,insignificant technology spillover effect,and poor management and operation system and mechanism.Combining the development experience of Dutch flower industry and Shandong Shouguang vegetable industry cluster,this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of transportation facilities and logistics system,optimize the layout and improve the supporting facilities,cultivate leading enterprises and strengthen the construction of industrial chain,promote the technological transformation and brand construction of enterprises,optimize and improve the management and operation mechanism,and other countermeasures to better promote the sustainable,healthy and stable development of Qionglai’s agricultural product processing industry,Improve the quality of production scale efficiency and realize the output value,so as to accelerate the development of local agricultural economy.
