Research On Present Condition And Countermeasures Of Zhuanghe’ Further Processing Industry Of Agricultural Products

China is a traditional agricultural country, The total amount of produce places it in the front ranks of countries. The agricultural produce processing industry is development and extension of agricultural, and it can create great economic and social value. Since China introduced reform and opening policies, the agricultural product processing industry developed rapidly, and it has becoming an important part of China’s economic and industrial structure. However, the development of agro-processing industry faces a lot of difficulties, such as the industry with big scale but not enough strength, low-tech, the food security situation problem and many other issues. Similarly, agricultural products further processing industry of Zhuanghe City has been confront with the development difficulties. Under these circumstances, the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China agricultural product processing industry in the "12th Five-Year Plan" was published by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China, which made the development direction and the main line of China’s agricultural product processing industry in the "12th Five-Year Plan" period clear, that is promote the scientific development, of agricultural product processing industry vigorously.Through the method of searching information and investigating companies, I analyzed and summarized the current development of agricultural product processing industry and related policy at home and abroad, so I mastered the status and problems of agricultural produce processing industry of Zhuanghe. My paper presented the SWOT matrix pattern of Zhuanghe agricultural produce further processing industry after analyzing the advantages, weaknesses, external opportunities and challenges with analytic method of SWOT. Ultimately,1put forward some policy suggestions to Zhuanghe’s industry, through a combination of national overall policy orientation and the practical development of Zhuanghe and analysis by public management theory. I suggested that the government should respect the laws of the market and focus on strengthening the systematicness of supportive policies for agricultural products further processing industry, the government should firstly publish effective fiscal and taxation policy system and supportive service. According to the characteristic that many small and micro enterprises, obvious seasonality, long fund turnover period and so on.Secondly,it should further promote the upgrade of industry through rationalizing Industrial layout, Increasing attraction strength and supporting the leading enterprises and other measures based on the acquaintance of Zhuanghe resource distribution. Finally, the government should make greater efforts to support the enterprise technology upgrades. It should make efforts to upgrade the equipment of agricultural product processing industry, strengthen personnel training, and establish enterprise technology upgrading service system, in order to enhance the overall level of the Zhuanghe agricultural product processing industry by increase the added value of products.
