Reserch On Developmeng And Countermeasures Of Charecterostic Planting Industry In Bayi District

In recent years,with the emphasis on and promotion of the development of characteristic planting industry,it has played an increasingly important role in promoting rural development and consolidating poverty alleviation.At the same time,in the No.1 Central Document in 2023,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council have made a comprehensive plan for the development direction of all aspects of agricultural development,which also leads a new direction and provides a new idea for the development of characteristic planting industry,which also lays a profound foundation for the research on the development status and countermeasures of characteristic planting industry in Bayi District,Nyingchi City.This paper collects relevant information and data in the form of literature research,interview and survey,questionnaire and so on.At the same time,the information and data are sorted out.On this basis,the ba sic situation of the development of characteristic planting in Bayi District of Nyingchi City is elaborated,and the development situation of characteristic planting in Bayi District of Nyingchi City from 2016 to 2020 is presented in the form of charts and other forms.The development of characteristic planting industry in Bayi District was evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and visiting and investigating experts.At the same time,SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively analyze the development status of Bayi district characteristic planting industry.Based on the conclusions obtained from the above methods,the countermeasures are designed.According to the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),an index system was established,including three first-level indexes and twelve second-level indexes.After the evaluation of each index by visiting experts,the following conclusions were drawn after comprehensive analysis: Among the second-level indexes,the output value of fruit,vegetable and edible fungi are becoming more and more important in the development of characteristic planting industry in Bayi District.The planting area of characteristic planting industry,investment in agricultural fixed assets,the number of labor force of characteristic planting industry,the number of agricultural machinery,the training rate of practitioners and the total power of agricultural machinery have gradually played an important role in the development of characteristic planting industry in Bayi District.And the increase of gross agricultural product and per capita disposable income of farmers has become more and more the economic guarantee in the development process of characteristic planting industry in Bayi District.Among the first-level indicators,the economic development level of characteristic planting industry,comprehensive output of characteristic planting industry,support and input level play a more and more obvious role in the development of characteristic planting industry in Bayi District.By 2020,the support and input level have the greatest impact on the development of characteristic planting industry in Bayi District,followed by the comprehensive output of characteristic planting industry.Based on SWOT analysis,it can be concluded that there are many advantages and opportunities for the development of characteristic planting industry in Bayi District.For example,most farmers are willing to develop characteristic planting industry with certain historical economic foundation.In addition,the government has given certain policy support to the characteristic planting industry in Bayi District.However,there are still many problems and threats to the development of characteristic planting industry in Bayi district:limited production scale,low literacy level of farmers and low rate of technical training,incomplete transportation network and other basic agricultural infrastructure,low level of industrialization and technology;Fragile ecological environment,ecological carrying capacity is not strong;Market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.On the basis of the above conclusions,countermeasures are proposed in five aspects,including financial input and support,scientific and technological support,market construction and improvement,cultivation and introduction of special planting talents,and provision and strengthening of government public services.
